The bed dipped in the middle because of their weight but Kris was pretty sure Chanyeol can settle snuggly with him that way.

"So you were not planning to tell me anything at all?" Kris looked away feeling disdain at how Chanyeol treated the matter as if he wasn't even there to begin with. He blamed himself for not letting things go without any explanation but Chanyeol's decision to keep her past hidden until the last of her breath was unfair, at least to him. Did he treat her wrong all this time? Why can't she trust him? He'd give her his life if that's the only way to protect her honour. He knew her past wasn't as pretty as everyone expect from their partner but he had made peace with himself. He lowered his pride and accepted Chanyeol with all his heart by putting all her past behind them.
