“Jessi!! Morninggg!!!”
An ever so hyper Tiffany beamed at her best friend, Jessica. They were from the same school, class and clique. They were two opposite magnets who stuck close with each other; inseparable.
“Yawn.. Morning Tiff..”
“Oh, Jessi. Do you know……….”
Both figures gradually fading down the hallway to their classroom, one arm slung over Jessica’s shoulder.
“Hey! Two students over there! Keep your volume down!” A teacher shouted from the other end of the hallway.
Few Days Later
“J-Jessie.. I-I” The once extroverted girl turned into a bundle of shyness as she fidgeted with the tips of her forefinger bumping against each other.
Jessica gave her an encouraging smile, prompting her to go on.
“I LOVE YOU!” The shy girl had turn into a red tomato as she blurted the three words out.
“Haha I love you too.” Jessica chuckled, amused by the latter’s shyness. To which, the girl pouted because her actual message wasn’t conveyed.
“No, Jessie.. I don’t mean it like that. I-” Before she could complete her sentence, a pair of lips silenced her. She was rooted to the ground, her mind not comprehending her current situation.
Jessica pulled back from the kiss and was met with a dazed pinkish face. She giggled before swinging around, her hands behind her back as she sashayed out of the rooftop.
Before End of Year Holiday
“OMG Jessi! You’re early today!”
“That student! Keep your volume down!”
“Oopsie~”
Jessica just giggled, this ain’t the first time Tiffany was warned by teachers for her loudness. She then whispered. “I was early just because dad insisted fetching me to school today.”
Jessica came from an average income family, so she had to take the public transport to school every morning. She’ll either reach on time or be late for class.
