Jessica recovered from the flu in two days’ time with the spirit of wanting to get back to school. Not because she was looking forward to those lessons she would sleep through, but of a certain two ponytailed girl by the name Tiffany.

She knew this would just be a beginning for her and that each following days, this feeling will grow into something deeper than what she could decipher. She would be lying if she ever denies fear of this change, but a part of her anticipated unpredictable future events to unfold. Though she’s young, she does understand that they might have to face many tough obstacles if they ever did cross the line. Their diverse family statuses was one of which that cannot be turned a blind eye on.

But meanwhile, she only hoped to spend as much time as she could and cherish the moments with Tiffany. She believed they’ll create wonderful memories during this year and more to come. Right now, she’s laying down on her bed thinking of that particular one and plans she’s going to make with the latter.

The next day…

“OH. MY. GOD. JESSICA. You’re finally back! I miss having to see your head lying on your table while you sleep peacefully during lessons.”
