Eunjung tried calling Hyomin since she arrived at work and kept doing so for another two hours, but the latter didn’t answer the phone, she started to worry but tried to be positive, she couldn’t wait to go home and see Hyomin herself. Since Hyori’s new project started, she has been busy taking care of both new project as well as the work as the pub but she couldn’t complain, it was her responsibility for higher position, everything came with the price; She had short hours to sleep, not to mention spending time with the younger woman.

“ Eunjung ssi” , a driver as well as a bodyguard for Hyori respectfully called Eunjung. 

“Yes, Jong-kook, may I help you?”  Eunjung asked

“ Eunjung ssi, this evening Qri ssi told me to take her car to wash at the car care, it’s all done now and I wanted to return the key to her, but I couldn’t find her, can I leave the key with you ?” Jong- kook explained.

Though how much Eunjung wanted to avoid facing Qri but she couldn’t let this affect her work

“Sure, I’ll pass it to her” Eunjung said

“Thank you Eunjung ssi” Jong-kook said, “ Oh by the way, I found her bag inside the car, I guess she might forget it, can you also please give it to her?” Jong-kook asked

“ Ok , no problem” Eunjung said , then Jong-kook ran back to get a bag from the car

Shortly Jong-kook came back to pass a creamy shoulder bag to Eunjung, as soon as Eunjung saw the bag, she raised her eyebrow, the bag was exceptionally familiar, she took the bag and examined it.

Flashback

“ Hyomin ah, do you like that bag?” Eunjung asked Hyomin as they were passing a lady bag display glass

“ No unnie, I’m fine with the one I’m using” Hyomin said before dragged Eunjung away

“ But it has been 2 years since you got that bag” Eunjung reasoned.

“ I love it, beside it was a birthday gift from you, I’ll use them well” Hyomin said , and Eunjung smiled adoring at how Hyomin treasured her stuff.

End of Flashback

Eunjung quickly opened the bag, she couldn’t mistake it, this was Hyomin’s bag, she checked the stuff inside and was more than surprised to find those stuff that belonged to Hyomin, her phone with their photos as locked screen, her purse, her keychain, her sketch book and other small things ; Her heart was beating fast with confusion, anger and most of all worry, she could feel cold sweat on her hands, she couldn’t think of possibility as why Hyomin’s bag was found in Qri’s car, where was Hyomin. She stormed out of her office to find Qri, she was the only one to answer this.

She was calling Qri number, but the latter didn’t answer, she was getting impatient, just then she got a phone call from Hyori.

“Yes, boss” Eunjung answered the phone in normal tone suppressing her anger

 “Eunjung, please help” Hyori said with trembling voice.

“What is going on?” Eunjung asked in hurry

“Qri, Qri, she cut herself on a wrist” Hyori cried

“Where is she now?” Eunjung asked alerted

 “ On second floor, VIP guestroom” Hyori told.

“I’ll be right there” Eunjung ended her phone call and ran upstairs. When she got there she found Hyori was holding her unconscious sister, blood smearing all on her clothes. Eunjung quickly searched for hand towel and wrapped it around Qri’s wrist before carrying her up , followed by Hyori , they existed from the back door to the car and rushed to hospital.

Eunjung was waiting outside the emergency room with her boss, Hyori, who now stopped crying. Eunjung has never seen this side of her boss, she would always look strong and confident. If she could learn one thing from life, it would be “ Love” make you weak, regardless of which love form , family love, relationship, friendship or sibling bond.

“Lee Qri's family right?”, A doctor approached them after long hour of waiting.

“Well, she has suffered from blood loss but she’s safe now”

“Thank you, doctor” Hyori bowed her head to doctor

Through how much Eunjung wanted to go back home and checked on Hyomin, she had to stay with Hyori and waited for Qri to wake up, she was so angry at Qri but seeing her in this state, she couldn’t bring herself to get mad at the unconscious woman.

Hyomin woke up and found herself in Jiyeon’s bedroom, she got out of bedroom to look around the apartment, but there was no sign of Jiyeon. As she was passing the kitchen, she noticed another room on the left side of the apartment, she decide to knock on the door.

“Jiyeon, are you there?” Hyomin waited for response, but nothing. The door wasn’t locked so she decided to peek through it, she slowly walked inside the room, this room was specially designed at a home office with large screen Mac PC, and printer sat on table, a collection of classic and professional cameras were placed on built-in shelve. Jiyeon once told her that she graduated in BA, majoring in photography, but she just saw it with her own eyes for Jiyeon’s passion of photography, she turned to her left to find wide range of photos posted on the wall and hanging on ropes. Hyomin walked closer to view them , there were photos of random things, places and people on street, she was admiring Jiyeon’s work and talent , she walked closer to the end wall, what she found make her gasp. It was a photo collection of a same person in various places, it was obvious that they were taken without that person knowing it, her tear started running down her cheeks when she was there viewing her own pictures, they were photos of “her” at the fresh market selecting fruit, some photos of her at the campus reading book under the trees or writing something on the bench, a photo of her sleeping face in the car, many photos of her while she was working at the café through the glass window, or even photos of her waiting for the bus, they were the most amazing photos she has ever seen. She came to realize that all these times Jiyeon has been watching her from afar through her eyes of love, “What should I do?” Hyomin asking herself

At the same time Jiyeon came back from a supermarket, she woke up early and went out to buy some fresh ingredient to cook food for Hyomin, she checked on Hyomin in bedroom but didn’t see her there

“Hyomin” Jiyeon stopped in front of her so-called-gallery room, when she saw Hyomin’s back.

 Hyomin turned around with her tearful eyes, looking straight into Jiyeon’s eyes, she walked to where Jiyeon stood and hugged her, Jiyeon could feel her shoulder was wet with Hyomin’s tear, she hugged Hyomin back.

“Jiyeon ah, I’m sorry” Hyomin decided to say

“Nothing to be apologized for” Jiyeon tenderly touched Hyomin’s long hair.

“Did it hurt so much?” Hyomin asked and Jiyeon knew what she meant.

“As long as I can love you, I can bear it” Jiyeon said

 “Please stop it, I can’t stand seeing you hurt anymore” Hyomin cried harder

“I’d do anything and everything you ask me to, but this would be the only exception I can’t do” Jiyeon stated.

“Jiyeon ah, what should I do?” She asked faintly

“Just let me love you” Jiyeon said, releasing hug and looked into Hyomin’s eyes, she wiped Hyomin’s tear with her thumb.

Hyomin lost in Jiyeon’s eyes, their faces were getting closer and closer until Jiyeon’s lips touched hers, she closed her eyes and kissed her back.

Eunjung got frustrated since Qri wasn’t awake yet, she didn’t know what to do or what to think any more. She didn’t know what to do if something happened to Hyomin. Hyori noticed how tired Eunjung looked so she told her to go back home for a rest.

“Eunjung , just go back home and have some rest, you didn’t get much sleep last night ” Hyori instructed her assistant.

“But.. I want” Eunjung’s sentenced was cut short by the look in Hyori’s eye

“Just leave, I’ll take care of everything here” Hyori word was regarded as order so Eunjung complied

Eunjung drove back to her apartment hoping to see Hyomin there, when she arrived in front the apartment, she saw Jiyeon’s car parked there, while Hyomin’s back was facing her and Jiyeon was holding her hand, jealousy got the better of her, she was so angry that Hyomin was with Jiyeon for the whole night while she was dead worried about her, she didn’t wait any minute longer, she got off her car and walked to them.

Eunjung jerked Hyomin away from Jiyeon and punched Jiyeon on the face, with a strong punch it threw Jiyeon on the ground.

“ Eunjung unnie, please stop!” Hyomin screamed and tried to stop Eunjung by hugged Eunjung back but Eunjung tried to shake Hyomin off but accidentally pushed her to the ground

“ Hyomin !” Jiyeon tried to get up to help Hyomin .

“ Hyomin” Eunjung just came back to her sense.

“Are you alright?” Jiyeon asked Hyomin worried.

“I’m ok” Hyomin said

“ Hyomin, I’m sorry” Eunjung apologized , she just noticed Hyomin’s head with bandage.

“What’s wrong with you Eunjung unnie?” Jiyeon approached Eunjung but Hyomin held her back.

 Eunjung said nothing but kept staring at Jiyeon with furious eyes.

“You have no idea what she has been through” Jiyeon said angrily

“ Jiyeon ah , please stop” Hyomin asked her, and held her hand.

“ If you don’t know how to protect her, then I’ll do” Jiyeon said before walking off to her car and drove away.
