Chanyeol fell to the ground and laughed as Jiyeon finished the dance

“What?! I like the choreography!!”She said staring at the laughing giant on the floor

“Ani, it was good. It’s just how do you expect me to do a wave with you?!” Chanyeol laughed as Jiyeon pouted

She went and sat down next to Chanyeol as the sweat on her started showing more

Chanyeol looked up at Jiyeon as he notice her sweat and handed her a towel

“Thanks.” Jiyeon said as she wiped her sweat and stared at the mirror looking at herself. She remembered when it took her almost 2 hours just to think of choreography whereas now it only takes her 30 minutes.

“Chanyeol-shi….why did you decide to come to SMPA?” Jiyeon asked still looking at her reflection

“I think it was back when my mom bought me a guitar for Christmas, she noticed I was bored studying for my business degree. That’s when I took on music instead, of course my dad isn’t that happy about it because his only son doesn’t want to be the heir to the company anymore but it’s something I love to do. “Chanyeol smiled as he sat up and looked at Jiyeon. He for the first time noticed how her beauty mark was so close to her lips, how her bangs were put to one side, how her smile could light up a whole room.

Jiyeon smiled as she heard Chanyeol talk. She turned to the giant who was now looking her in the eyes

“How about you?” he said scooting closer to her.

“Actually my brother enrolled me here. If it was my choice I would of just because an art teacher in a high school honestly. But music came alive to me when Chen and Kai came to the United States for school. They introduced me to something that brought me away from reality, a way to relieve my stress and forget about what was really going on.” She said now staring at her hands.

Chanyeol nodded seeing her situation as he stood up. He held his hand out to Jiyeon who was surprised by his action

“Hurry we need to practice.” He said stretching his hand out more to Jiyeon who finally took it as he helped her stand up. They both started to practice again just as Yumi opened the door.

“OPPPPPA! Omma is here, you should go say your greetings.” Yumi said smiling until she noticed Chanyeol holding Jiyeon’s hand

“Ah tell my mom I’ll be out in a second.” Chanyeol said as he turned back to Jiyeon

“Ani! Now.” Yumi said as she ran up and grabbed Chanyeol’s hand. They rushed out of the room leaving Jiyeon alone.

“Ya Yumi that wasn’t nice.” Chanyeol said as he took Yumi’s hands off of his

Yumi looked down and began gathering tears as she stared at Chanyeol

“Oppa, you don’t even care about me anymore. You don’t notice that I get hurt anymore. You don’t like me, you don’t wanna talk to me. What did I ever do wrong?!” Yumi screamed just as Chanyeol’s mom walked into the hallway

“Yumi-ah? What’s wrong my dear?” She rushed to Yumi’s side as she pulled her into a hug

“Omma...Oppa no longer loves me...” Yumi cried into Chanyeol’s mom’s shoulders

Mrs. Park looked up at her son in disbelief, as Chanyeol shook his head no

“Yumi dear lets go get tea and talk, it must be a misunderstanding that’s all sweetie.” Mrs. Park held onto Yumi’s hand as they walked towards the entrance.

Chanyeol quietly followed behind knowing that he was in deep trouble this time.

Jiyeon exited the room in disbelief of what she just head. Was Chanyeol and Yumi married? If so she didn’t want to be the reasons why they would be getting a divorce. Jiyeon decided to go talk to Suho about switching partners. She walked to Suho’s practice room just as he was done dancing to History.

“Suho-shi?” Jiyeon said as she knocked on the door

“OH! Jiyeon-shi, nice to see you around. Please just call me Suho.” He smiled as he wiped his sweat with his towel

“Ah...Suho I was wondering if you wouldn’t mind changing partners for the end of the month performances. Like you and I and Chanyeol and Yumi instead.” Jiyeon said looking down at her feet

“Soooo Yumi to Chanyeol and you to me?...hm... CALL! I heard you’re really good according to Kai and Chen.” Suho smiled as he gulped down water from his water bottle

“I’ll let Chanyeol know when he gets back .. thank you.” Jiyeon looked up and smiled at Suho

“Ani I’ll just text him and my sister. You and I need to start practice since we are now partners.” Suho said as he pulled out his phone and sent a text. “Done. Now do you know what you want to perform??” he asked sitting down on the floor and motioning Jiyeon to sit with him

Jiyeon sat down as she said “Well I was thinking about a Super Junior song.”

Suho nodded “So you like sunbae their songs?! How about this is love? It’s new and refreshing.”

“That’s the one I wanted to perform! But maybe we can kinda change the choreography into a couple dance more.” Jiyeon smiled excited for the project now

Suho agreed as he searched up the video for them to watch the music video and what to change.

“Omma, can’t we call off this engagement?! I don’t even see Yumi like that. She’s strictly just like a sister to me. “ Chanyeol said to his mom and he walked her to her car

“You know that the only reason why you’re in this school is because of your engagement with Yumi, otherwise your father would have you back in college.” Mrs.Park said as the driver opened her door. “Come home tonight, your sister is supposed to be back from overseas, family dinner. And bring Yumi since the Kim’s are coming to dinner also.” She said as she got in and the driver closed the door.

Chanyeol sighed in disbelief as he watched his mother drive away. It’s been 2 years since Yumi and him got engaged. The only reason why there hasn’t been a wedding was because Chanyeol wanted his sister to be there for the wedding but she was at college in the United States. Maybe this time the wedding would actually go through.

Chanyeol screamed as he started to get angry. He never wanted to marry Yumi, she was always just a sister and a best friend to him. But she was the only reason why he could pursue his dreams too. Chanyeol kicked a rock as he took out his phone. That’s when he saw the text from Suho

Chanyeol stared at the text as he ran to the practice rooms, to see Suho and Jiyeon dancing together. He was just about to enter when Kai and Chen interrupted him

“Yeol!” Kai said as he walked up to Chanyeol.

“Oh Kai what’s up?” Chanyeol asked as Chen pulled him aside

“We need to talk, I think it’s best if you aren’t partners anymore with our Jiyeon. You see Yumi is really not happy with it and our Jiyeon is our everything.” Chen told Chanyeol

“We don’t want her getting hurt. Plus she has a lot of older brothers who would hunt you down if Jiyeon ends up hurt. Its for your best interest Chanyeol if you just stick with Yumi.” Kai sighed

“Don’t worry, Jiyeon is with Suho now. I’ll talk to you guys later.” Chanyeol left angry as he stomped to find Yumi

“You don’t think he’s mad at us right??” Chen asked Kai as they both headed to their practice room.
