Kris POV

Enraged, I picked up Bom's books, then her and carried her away from the now-silent crowd. I walked until we reached my sister's house.

"What do you want dwarf-"

"It's urgent."

She then noticed the unconscious Bom in my arms.

"Omo! What happened!"

"I don't know. I walked past and saw her."

She helped me set Bom down on the couch, and rushed to the kitchen. She came back with wet towels, and started wiping off the substances off her face.

"Go change. You're covered in egg."

I looked down, and saw all over my chest was indeed egg and flour. I got up, and headed towards the bathroom. She always had clothes for me, so I slipped into a simple red t-shirt and jeans. When I walked out, Bom's face was cleared of the baking material, and it set in how bad she looked. Cuts on her lip, and bruise marks right above her eyes.

"Will she be okay?"

"Kris.. I'm not a doctor."

"Well then we need one!"

My blood rushed, wanting to pound the person who did this to her.

"Lets wait a little bit, she may wake up."

"She may wake up at the doctors."

I insisted on taking her. I picked her up in my arms, and her hand stirred.

"Bom? Are you awake?"

I asked, my eyes wide. Her closed eyes opened to slits, and then all together. 

"Wh-where am I?"

"Minzy's apartment."

She was now aware of what was happening, and so I set her down. She sat on the couch, clutching her lip. 

"I'll go get some more towels from the manager."

She exited the apartment, leaving us alone. When Bom took the finger from her lip, fresh blood was dabbed on it. 

"You okay?"

"Exactly that. Okay."

I got up, and got a tissue. I gently wiped the blood from her lips, and then placed a kiss on her forehead. She faintly smiled at me, and then Minzy entered, holding a few towels.

"I have clothes that I grew out of. Take a shower, I'll bring them to you."

She bowed and walked to the bathroom.

"So, you really like her don't you?"

"More then like,,, has been that way for years."

"I knew you loved her by the way you looked at her the day you brought her here."

I felt te red rush up to my cheeks and looked at Minzy.

"Yeah.. I do."

"That's sweet."

She smiled at me, and went to her room to fetch some clothes for Bom.

Bom's POV

I the water, and let the warm water droplets hit my back. I washed my hair, then body, and then there was a knock on the door.

"I'm coming in to put the clothes here for you!"

Minzy said, entering the bathroom and most likely setting the clothes on the counter. I heard the door close and I turned off the water.
