Their friends said Namjoon and Yoongi relationship will never work out because their personalities were like oil and water.

Yoongi was a sarcastic and a cold-hearted man who spoke only when he thought necessary while Namjoon was full-of-manner and liked to chat with a random stranger. While Yoongi valued silence and always looked tired all the time, Namjoon was the exact opposite. He was full of energy and did not like to feel lonely.

Hosoek once said that if Yoongi was the moon then Namjoon would be the sun. Too different to be together and never once he saw them behave like couples usually do when they were in love with each other.

It was true though. Yoongi admitted that. They never acted as lover outside their shared-apartment. Like when they had monthly dinner with the other guys in their circle of friends, they always stayed away from each other.

Unlike Seokjin and Jungkook who were practically glue-in-the-hips, Namjoon was busy catch-up with Donghyuk or often times busy with his cellphone doing god-knows-what. And at the other side of the room, Yoongi mainly enjoyed his time chatting with Jimin and Hoseok about random things. Their conversation always ended about them seeing how plain and boring his relationship with Namjoon was, though.

But Yoongi just brushed them off and said, “Really?” then he would sipped his beer casually. He couldn’t help what people saw and thought about his relationship, could he?

Because what Hoseok didn’t know was that exactly how Yoongi and Namjoon relationship worked. It was like their silent agreement since the first day their dating that they didn’t need to shout out to the world that they were in love with each other. Yes they were different in many ways but the moon needs the sun to survive. Just like how Yoongi needs Namjoon to survive and vise versa.

Like when Namjoon break things unconsciously, Yoongi would be there to repair them right away. And even though Yoongi did not like doing complicated things and love to laze around in his off days, but he would always cooked dinner for Namjoon before the younger arrived at home.

Or when Yoongi was too lazy to prepare himself a bath every morning, Namjoon would gladly prepare warm water for him and even on some occasion the silver-hair man would piggy-back him to the bathroom so that Yoongi did not need to use his leg early in the morning. And not to mention that Namjoon was the one who choose what to wear for him everyday. Simply just because Namjoon has a great fashion sense and Yoongi just love to be spoiled.

And of course their friends did not need to know this side of them. In their love-bubbles, Namjoon was a sappy lover and Yoongi was a hopeless romantic. On their humble opinion, they match each other so perfectly.

They didn’t need the world to know how in love they were to each other. It was their secret. It was just how their relationship worked for almost three years now.

Yoongi loved Namjoon and Namjoon loved Yoongi. For both of them that was what matter. Because they were so sure that this was 200% love.
