With a child in her arms,Tae Rin sped through the woods under the dark moon.She kept glancing back and saw them gaining up.Seeing that,she cursed before using all her energy to move past the trees and into a clearing.The portal was just a foot away,but she waited.Her frantic eyes searched for her husband who was nowhere to be found after they separated.That was a bad choice.

Her eyes lit up in hope as she saw his silhouette run towards her.He was in his wolf form and transformed back into his human self,enclosing his arms on her body and their child.

Seunghoon glanced back at the herd of people just a few runs away,then his eyes focused on their child before they moved towards her.

“You need to go.”His breathy voice was hidden by the screams just far behind them.She shook her head multiple times with tears running down her face as she grabbed his arm.

“I am not leaving you!”Take Rin screamed so loud that the child shifted in her arms.Seunghoon  grabbed her shoulders while she was still in denial.She would never.

“Please.”His eyes searched her,but she didn't meet his eyes.Not like this.Not like when they're seeing each other for the last time.And they both know it.

Tears invaded his eyes.”There's no more time.Please.”

Take Rin wanted so badly to say no.So badly she would've gave the baby to him instead and fight for them.But they both knew that wouldn't work.A new stream of tears fell down her face with some landing on their daughter.Her eyes shifted down,looking at their bundle of joy.So peacefully sleeping,even through all of this.
