Zitao didn't see his boyfriend the whole day and it was definitely new to him because ever since they became officialy together Sehun always sent him a good morning message or the younger man would just knocked in his shared room with Baekhyun. But today it was different. No text messages. No calls. No Sehun. Just nothing. And he didn't really like it a bit. Come to think of it, today was their 2nd anniversary but Sehun didn't even bother to greet him or took him out. He pouted as he sulked on his seat as he tried to just focus on whatever their accounting professor was saying

'You are so dead to me Oh Sehun. Just make sure you have a good excuse'

It was already past seven in the evening but there was still no trace of Sehun at all. He tried to call his lover but he was only directed into a voicemail. He even looked around to find Sehun and asked the other students if they seen him around but apparently Sehun was nowhere to be found

He began to panic as the thought of Sehun in harm crossed his mind. He immediately shook his head as he tried to call again the younger man when suddenly a young man stood in front of him

"You are Zitao right?"

He raised his head and he recognized the man was one of Sehun's teammate in UC football team, "Yes. Why?"

The young man smiled at him as he handed him a letter, "Sehun wanted me to give this to you"

He suddenly became attentive when he heard his boyfriend name and he immediately get the letter from the young man, "Sehun gave this to me? But where the hell is he right now?!"

The man shrugged his shoulder, "You better read the letter first"

He opened the letter and found out it was definitely written by Sehun. He knew his hand writing very well

Dear Zitao,

Meet me tonight. I sent someone to drive you here.

Sehun

That's it? Zitao frowned as he re-read again the letter and checked if there's something else written but apparently that was all Sehun wanted to say to him. Meet Sehun tonight? Why bother with a letter? And where the hell is he?

"This guy is really crazy sometimes..", he mumbled under his breath as he stared down at the letter in his hand

"I guess you already read his letter.. so this way Zitao"

Sighing, he folded the paper and placed inside his side pocket as he followed Sehun's teammate to the car that probably Sehun sent to fetch him up. He said his thank you the young man as he took his seat inside the car

Zitao couldn't see where they're going since it was too dark outside. After about 45 minutes the car suddenly stopped and the driver told him to go out and just walked straight. He immediately followed the instructions while he bit his lower lip. He frowned when he noticed that he's walking towards Sehun's rest house but it was still too dark and he couldn't see anything. He started to get afraid so he called for his lover's name

"Sehun?"

And the lights suddenly opened as if it was only waiting for the magic word. The whole place lit up and when he roamed his eyes he could see there were flowers around the place and a candlelight dinner was waiting for him. He could also see balloons and led lights that forms the words 'Happy Anniversary'. At the middle he could see Sehun standing proudly. The entire scene was just so beautiful. Just perfect. He doesn't know how he should describe it. Did Sehun spent the entire day to made this?

"Sehun..", Zitao wanted to say many things but it seems that all he could mutter is Sehun's name

Sehun walked towards him while smiling, "Hi.."

He closed his eyes as he felt Sehun fixed his bangs that almost covered his eyes, "What's this?"

"My gift for you"

He opened his eyes and there he could see Sehun smiling down at him. He looked around once again and all he could was to admire the entire scene in front of him. He wondered how long did Sehun prepared for this one, "You really don't have to do this.."

"But I want to. I want to do this kind of things for you. Don't you like it?", Sehun asked as the younger man placed his hands around Zitao's waist and pulling him closer

"Of course I like it. No scratched that. I love it. Thank you, Sehun. It was perfect"

Sehun smiled grew as he removed his hands around Zitao's waist and held his hand in returned. He guided him towards the table and let him took his seat, "I am glad to hear that"

"Now, close your eyes". Zitao closed his eyes as he felt Sehun placed something in his neck. 

"You can now open your eyes". He did what Sehun told him and there he could see once again Sehun's handsome face smiling at him

"Happy Second anniversary, baby"

He smiled sweetly at his lover, "Yes, happy 2nd anniversary. I never thought we would came this far.."

Sehun cupped his face, "And why is that??"

He shook his head and grinned, "That's a secret" and that's when he noticed the necklace around his neck

It was a small star with a diamond all over it and it was beautiful

"Why star?"

"Because you are my star. You brought light into my life even in the darkest part.."

Zitao was touched by his lovers words. Never in his life he felt this special. What did he do to deserve Sehun?

"I did?", he asked as Sehun brushed their nose together

"Yes, you did. Please don't ever leave me, Zitao", Sehun's voice cracked as he said those words and Sehun embraced him afterwards. Zitao didn't know how he should respond to this but nevertheless, "I promised I will not leave you, Sehun" and he felt Sehun hugged him tighter

"Promised?"

"Promised"

Zitao closed his eyes as Sehun leaned and captured his lips. He smiled between their kisses when Sehun suddenly stopped kissing him.

"W-why did you stopped?"

"Where is my gift?"

"Huh?"

"My gift"

Zitao pouted as he shook his head, "I don't have one. You have been missing in action for the whole day so I thought you already forget about our anniversary. And that was the reason why I didn't get you any gift. I am sorry"
