"HAPPY NEW YEAR!!"

And the sky was filled with lights and fireworks which illuminated the whole place. Tao smiled as he watched the fireworks which varies in colors and designs. He closed his eyes as he wished that this year would be good year for him

Last year was definitely something he couldn't forget. It brought him a lot of sweet and bitter memories. Memories that he would be glad to cherished and memories he wanted to just completely forget.

The previous year was too painful for him. It was the time he met Kris Wu. The first person he fell in love with and exactly the same person who gave him his first heartbreak. Basically, his life before revolved around Kris. It was always been Kris before anything else. When he woke up in the morning all he could think was him and it didn't changed when the night came. Kris was his everything. He was his happiness. But Kris doesn't like any of that. He definitely doesn't want to be part of his life

Maybe it was his own fault after all. He let himself fell completely to the older man and when the latter cannot reciprocate his feelings he was not ready for the pain that comes with it

"Kris..", he softly mumbled

He smiled bitterly as his mind was filled with the moments he spent with Kris.

Their first meeting.

He was about to greet another guest when he tripped himself into one loose table cover and he expected himself to fell hard on the floor but fortunately someone held him before he totally fell and make a scene. This would not do good to him.

He looked up to thank whoever saved him but froze the moment their eyes met. He couldn't believe what he was seeing right now. His breath suddenly halt as a pair of fierce eyes were looking down at him, frowning and it somehow, someway made his knees weak. He swallowed a lump that suddenly formed in his throat and he was about to speak when someone interrupted them from behind

"Yifan!"

"Yifan.. I could still remember that you didn't let me to call you in your real name.."

Their first holding hands.

He suddenly noticed that Kris is still holding his hand and the older man noticed this too. He became embarrassed so he quickly pulled his hand out of Kris grip but Kris held his hand tighter. Not wanting to let his hand go. He looked up at Kris confused.

"Uhm. You could let go of my hand now"

But Kris just shook his head before saying, "I don't want"

"What?", He suddenly blurted

Kris looked away from him, "Its cold here outside. Let me hold your hand for a while"

"Hmm", He nodded and Kris hold his hand tighter. 

"It was warm. Your hands were warm. Am I being too cheesy if I say that your hand fits into mine?"

Their first night together.

Tao didnt know what to do or to feel anymore. He felt hot all over. He sighed as he restrained himself from looking to the sleeping figure beside him. Since Kris might die from freezing, he decided to let the older man share the sleeping bag with him which turned out to be a very bad idea, well for his sake only, since having Kris right beside him. Shoulder touching, thighs brushing is just too much for him to handle. He lets out a breathy sighed when he felt Kris shifted and snuggled closer to him and placed his hand above his chest. Kris seems not contended and he wrapped his left leg around Tao's. On the other hand, Tao cannot do anything since there is no more space left in the sleeping bag. So all he can do is to take every move Kris made without any restrain.

"You are so mean.. you didn't let me had a good sleep at all.."

Their first hugged.

"Mr. Huang... why are you crying??", Kris asked as they stopped in their track and the older man heard the sobs coming from the younger man.

"Kyungsoo... Kai... its been two hours already.. but we can't still find them.. i..  i can't lose them.."

"Sssh.. you are not going to lose them.. its been just two hours.. we can still find them.."

"But—"

Tao eyes widen as Kris enveloped him in a hug and another thunder struck..he lost hold of the umbrella as it fell on the ground.. while Kris hugged him tighter and softly caressed his hair.. it felt nice. Tao buried his face on the older man chest as he sobbed once again..

"Sssh.. stop crying.. its not a worthy act.. we can find them.. believe me.."
