Rant #4

You. I Do My Own .

Luhan's Lawsuit

So, it seems like I'm continuing from where I've left off since the other rant. SM, AGAIN!

I found an article about SM's stand earlier today and their bullting saying that there's a third party invovled. They were so called "shocked" because the lawsuit "suddenly" happened. Classic SM bull. SM, ARE YOU ING STUPID AND THAT ARROGANT? YOU HAVE PUSHED ALL YOUR ARTISTS TO A POINT WHERE THEY'RE ALL FILING LAWSUITS AGAINST YOU AND NOW YOUR PUSHING THE BLAME ONTO SOMEONE ELSE? ARE YOU THAT STUPID? HOLY ING ! WAKE UP SM! YOU'RE HOPELESS. YOUR COMPANY IS DYING OFF AND YOU STILL PERSIST AND IGNORE THE FACT THAT YOU DON'T TREAT ANY OF YOU GROUPS PROPERLY.

Then I find this comment on the article:

I usually stay quiet with this sort of thing when it happens because I don't like getting on the wrong side of people but after SM's official statement. Let me pull out the part of the translation from this ed up statement that made me write this in the first place!

Dear This has got to be the biggest load of that I have heard anyone say in my whole life.  No stop right there SM.

"...As it was with Kris's case, when a lawsuit is filed for no actual reason by using the same pattern and lawyers after a gaining a lot of popularity as a star through group activities, we see this as a suit that was filed because of one prioritizing one's self and ignoring the understanding of the contract with the agency as well as everyone involved in the contract and the activities with the group. We believe there is someone behind the scenes who is pulling the strings..."

DO NOT even try and blame Kris, Luhan or like you are subtly implying the rest of your artists who nullified their contracts!!! I understand that there are always TWO sides to a story but I find it really really hard to believe that any of theses artists that nullified their contracts left or plan on leaving your ed up company for their own benefits. For example, JYJ if they left for themselves would they have stayed for so long not promoting on TV NO they would have came running back to you. Hangeng if he was bothered about himself would he have stayed quite for so many years on the crap treatment he was getting NO he would have said something the minute Super Junior became so big.

Secondly, "... ignoring the understanding of the contract with the agency as well as everyone involved in the contract and the activities with the group..." Umm the actual is this :/ like what is the major reason for the  majority of your artists who nullified their contract. SM NOT ING RESPECTING THEM OR THEIR HEALTH AND GIVING THEM EXTRA WORK THAT WAS NOT PART OF THEIR CONTRACTS AND THEN NOT PAYING THEM LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN MANY OTHER THINGS!!!! The likes of Hangeng, JYJ etc who won their lawsuit against your company prooved to everyone that your company didn't know that there was such a thing as human rights you treated your artists like slaves and animals when their contracts stated otherwise. So SM don't go on about understanding of contracts with the agency when you yourself doesn't understand or respect the contract with your own artists!!!! NUF SAID!!

Well said my friend. Well damn said.

Thank you!

Chapter 12: I guess some people just don't know when to open their minds to the truth and broaden their perspectives. I guess this is why I like Kpop. The people are super friendly, although there are some who seem crazy and problematic (to the point that even I feel worried, even though I'm miles away), and super accepting of one another. Sure, there are some who act immaturely but most are pretty nice. It's nice. They don't judge 'cause we're all in the same boat. :-)
Yeah, I can totally relate with that. During one of my many heated conversations with my best friend about Kpop, an acquaintance of mind butted in, saying, “Yuck. Those people are Kpop-panget.” (Kpop-panget in English basically means, “Kpop-hideous.” It's a rough translation but it's alright.) And still, even as she judged their clothes, their appearances, their language and their entire BEING, we never reprimanded her for it. We told her she was entitled to her own opinion but some words are better kept to herself. She shrugged. (I saw her whispering to her other friends and distinctly heard a few words about Kpop. It makes me sad that people are so quick to judge when they find it annoying or bothersome when they are judged themselves for something.)

You may not care about what I think or what I may have to say, but I support you and all your views in these specific situations. Thank you for (figuratively) help me stay sane after this year of hate in the kpop fandom. It's nice to know there are at least some considerate people around here. Please continue this rant series.

Chapter 1: I don't know if I should comment since there's nothing more to say when you said everything that needed to be said. I totally agree.
I don't comment much on YouTube or allkpop (I stopped going to this site) because all I see when it comes to K-Pop are either bashers, haters, or fans. Even though I'm a fan of the group, when I read the comments (I know... Dumb of me to do that, right?), I feel a bit disappointed that other people don't consider the idols themselves. I know they must've trained years and worked hard so they could debut but they get hate when they actually do. I know they probably don't like the group for some reason but they could at least keep their thoughts to themselves. I know it might be hard for others to do that but still, it would be much more peaceful in the comments if people do. The lesson you stated here is another variation of,"If you have nothing important to say, don't say anything at all."
When I actually do comment, I put a lot of thought to it because sometimes people can misinterpret what I'm trying to say and then start an argument about it.

Sorry for ranting... I just wanted to share my opinion. This really connects to me and I hope to read more of your posts. ^_^ Thank you for sharing!
