I'm Yuna. 21, from the Philippines.

A fresh college graduate and I just passed the Chemical Engineering Board Exam.

I also just got my license.

One morning....

"Hoooh! Salamat tapos na mga paghihirap natin!" (t/n "Hoooh! Finally our hardships came to an end!"), shouted one of my friends.

"Di pa noh. Pag empleyado ka na mas lalo pa!" (t/n "Not yet. It's harder when you are an employee."), answered my seatmate.

It's a usual day for me. Usual, meaning another noisy day.

My friends since 1st year college makes my day "the usual".

*Riiiiiiiiiiiiing!* It's my phone. I was hesitating if I will answer it or not because the number calling is not registered on my contacts plus it's an international call.

"Hey, Yuna! Someone's calling. Are you not gonna answer it?" (the following conversations are in Tagalog. Too lazy to translate. Kkkk)

"I will." I answered. "Hello?", I softly said.

"Hello? Is this Ms. Yuna?" (in english) It's a male's voice.

"Yes, speaking."

"I'm the XX Company's CEO. A friend of mine recommended you to us. I saw the result of the B.Exam and I was fluttered by your scores. I would be very happy if you will join in our company. If you don't mind, please send me an e-mail with your bio-data. I will send you my e-mail address after this call."

"Oh, thank you." -End of Call-

(in tagalog) "Who was that?" my friend asked.

"The XX Company's CEO." I answered.

"What?! It's the largest and top-grossing company in HongKong!!! Are they hiring you?!!!"

"Probably."

"I envy you." said my seatmate

"At least have an expression Yuna! Be excited or what. Normal people will be jumping cos of excitement you know." my friend suggested.

"That's what i'm being envious about. A shady and uninteresting girl like her will be employed in HongKong. I can't imagine how your life would be." my seatmate commented.

"Yeah." I answered while checking my e-mail.

"Pfffff how boring." my friend said.

Well, Sorry for being shady and uninteresting. But that is how I am. Boring right? Now you know why it's a "noisy" day for me.

As I arrive home, I delivered the news to my family. They congratulated me. They even celebrated in my place.

I accepted the company's offer. I will be travelling to HongKong the day after tomorrow. How will my life be after that?
