Never Knew I Needed
As days and weeks passes by, Luhan would come over and teach Han Na as he is entrusted to. She wasn’t entirely friendly nor cold with Luhan but she didn’t seem to mind him teaching her much. They didn’t develop their study sessions into friendship or anything but they did have small talks even when Han Na wasn’t much of a person to share anything.
“You’re still studying?” Sehun leans against the frame of her door
“Yes.” she answers without looking
“It’s 12:00 midnight, Luhan went back hours ago.”
“Why would that make a difference.” her words were rather of a statement
“You know over-studying isn’t good.”
“I suppose you know how to care for your own business.”
Sehun stares at her as she stares back “I can teach you.”
“I have Luhan.” she flips through the pages of her notes
“We live under the same roof, Han Na.”
“Like I sai…”
“It makes a difference.” he said “You won’t agree to come over to his place yet instead you made him come here. He has his own life to tend to also.”
“And you don’t?” her voice sounds almost like a mock
“Our life was bind together, makes no difference.”
She didn’t say anything for a moment or two “If that is all, close the door when you leave.”
The same thing went on and on for the week and it was beginning to tire her. Sehun is persistent about it and she knows it’s not because he is jealous or anything but he does care. He cares that Luhan has his own life, that she would give him cooperation and make her life easier but she just couldn’t bring herself to turn to him. It was almost impossible.
Her hand scribbles something on the piece of paper as she eyes the question and later scratches it off “It should be used with this formula.” Sehun sits beside her and jots down the formula for her
“It has t.” she points out in annoyance
“Move it to the other side, take this as your new formula and change the value of this number.” Sehun answers and she creases her brows “Like this.” he writes the answer down “There’s the answer.”
“Why are you doing this?” she turns to him
“To help you.”
“I already said…”
“No.” he nods “I know. That’s why you can’t accept what you read, you’re too stressed out about me and not focusing on what you should be doing.”
“I know what I am supposed to be doing.”
“Then why are you replying to me?” he asks
“You’re unbelievable.”
“Then let me help you. What better ways to beat me than to learn from me?”
His words keep
