Eight
Description
Park Chanyeol wanted to forget all his life problems — his divorce, his child’s custody, his debts and his boring job. Most importantly, he wanted a restart.
Byun Baekhyun wanted otherwise. He wanted people to remember, but he was cursed with the gift of erasing unwanted memories. People called him a monster but still used him to ease their pain.
These two people collided when Chanyeol was offered by his best friend, Jongdae, to meet a person who was able to make his wish come true. The genie, Chanyeol assumed to be one old and wrinkled man, happened to be younger than he expected.
The genie named Byun Baekhyun, a lone monster.

Foreword
Chanyeol parked his car in front of the entrance, mentally calculating his moves from running out of the house then readily stepped into the car and dashed out of the area. Park Chanyeol watched a lot of horror movies.
He knocked the door hesitantly. He rested his knuckles on the wooden door and pressed his ears closer to it, checking if there are signs of living things to open the door. There was none. Chanyeol decided to walk around the house. Someone must be here. This is not a prank, right?
What’s a house if they don’t have a back door? Chanyeol mentally asked. He pulled his hoodie up, feeling suddenly cold by the breeze. It’s been a while for him to feel the nature’s wind. Tall buildings of the city ridden the sensation and Chanyeol felt like he’s missing a lot. He used to love nature. What happen, Mr. Park?
Chanyeol peek over the windows, though he barely see anything behind the very opaque curtains. He shifted his head towards the lawn. Flowers, blue flowers everywhere. Green only compliment the small petals. Chanyeol felt like he was watching a field of ‘Smurf'.
He was about to turn his head but stopped at the moment. He saw a brown with a tint of grey, perked within the blue. There is no way his eyes deceived him. He walked closer towards the different color. A head? A human head attached to a body. A person is laying on the field of flowers!
The therapist frozen in his place, which is a few distance away from the person. Based on the other’s closed eyes and heaving chest, the person is sleeping. That’s a good thing, right? At least he’s not dead. Chanyeol kneels on the ground, crushing few of the innocent blue. He crawl slowly towards the breathing human and hold out his hand.
Just before he tried to poke the cheek, the owner fluttered his eyes open. Chanyeol gasps, the colour of the male eyes is abnormally unique. It was light brown, with great hint of yellow. Chanyeol is not great with differentiating colors but he was sure it is not a color he is familiar with. He remembered it as his sister’s wedding gown. Cream? But that color have a pinch of peach. Oh what is it?
“Ivory.”Chanyeol breathed out the words. It was the color of Ivory. Beautiful. Chanyeol is mesmerized.
