The sound of her heart breaking wasn't the only thing Taeyeon heard.

Was it her sanity?

Or the vase she had in her hands?

Tiffany could only stare at Taeyeon in horror.

"I had enough," Taeyeon spoke coldly. "When will you ever look at me?"

"I... I... didn't know."

And Taeyeon broke down despite her desperate attempts to hold those damned tears.

Perhaps out of guilt or pity or due to the remnants of her hatred for the cheating man, Tiffany softened her stance at the broken Taeyeon.

"I am sorry..." Tiffany apologized.

Taeyeon looked up and reached out her hand towards Tiffany, only to find her flinch in fear.

"Sorry, I wouldn't hurt you," Taeyeon assured and Tiffany hesitantly nodded in understanding.

"Help me?"

The thought of earlier events made Tiffany felt grateful that Taeyeon was always there for her, regardless of the feelings Taeyeon had for Tiffany. There were times when Tiffany was confused of her own feelings as well but she never try to face them.

Perhaps she should have.

So, with a nod, Tiffany helped Taeyeon carry the man into the backseat of Taeyeon's car.

"So what are we going to do now?" Tiffany asked as they settled into the front seats with Taeyeon as the driver.

Taeyeon drove silently until they reached the crossroads. That was as far as Taeyeon could delay her decision. One that has to be made right now.

A) Turn right to the city. Go to Chapter 7.

B) Turn left into the woods. Go to Chapter 8.
