“SOOYEONIE!!!” Somebody shouted, which made her sit up. 

 

“Sehun.. You startled me!!” She yelled. 

 

“Mian.” Sehun chuckled. 

 

Sehun and Jessica has been best friends ever since Sehun transferred to Jessica’s school. 

 

“What are you doing here?” Jessica asked. 

 

“I was about to ask the same question.” 

 

Jessica layed back down. 

 

“Jessica.” Sehun called. 

 

Jessica pat the spot next to her. Sehun walked over to her, climb over her window and laid down beside her. 

 

“Soo. What are you doing?” Sehun asked.

 

“Looking at the stars.” Jessica answered, 

 

“And why?” 

 

“They say the brightest stars are your family.” Jessica told. 

 

“Oh..” Sehun said, “Im sorry.”  

 

Jessica giggled, “Why are you saying sorry?” 

 

“Because… You don’t like talking about —“ Sehun’s sentence faded away. 

 

“Its okay, Sehun.” Jessica smiled, looking at him. 

 

“You do this often?” Sehun asked. 

 

Jessica nodded as she returned to look up the sky. 

 

Silence engulfed the atmosphere. 

 

“Sehun…” Jessica called. 

 

“mm?” 

 

“Don’t you ever wonder why once you die everyone starts caring? While when you were still alive they didnt ever bother to ask if you were okay when they obviously know that something is wrong? If people die, they start to show their passion and care for that person but that person won’t even be around to see that they actually cared.” Jessica said. 

 

Sehun knew where this conversation was going, he took her wrist and examined it, caressing all her scars from her previous cuts. He smiled, knowing that she hasn’t been cutting. 

 

“Sehun..” Jessica called, looking over at him. 

 

“Yeah?” He asked. 

 

“Why do you think nobody cares about me?” Jessica asked. 

 

His smile faded. Sehun sat up, “There are a lot of people who does care about you Sooyeon.”

 

“Like Tiffany, Yuri, Yoona, Kai, Suho, Luhan..” Sehun was listing out all the people who cares for her. Jessica giggled, “I get it. Thats why I don’t cut anymore.”

 

Both of them layed back down, But this time Jessica laid on Sehun’s shoulder. 

“Gomawo, Sehunnie.” She said, looking up at him. 

 

He smiled warmly. Soon, their faces drew closer to each other.

 

Their lips inches away, finally their lips touched. 

 

When, “JESSICA!!!!! WHERE’S THE SCISSORS??” Tiffany exclaimed from downstairs, interrupting the pair.

 

Jessica giggled, “Sorry…” She stood up and ran to Tiffany. 

 

Sehun smiled and shook his head as he looked up the sky. 

 

 

He loved the ice princess… He loved Jung Jessica.
