I was able to sneek into my room succesfully....Or so I thought...My mom was already in my room waiting for me...

"Lee Ji eun...May I ask you where you were?" She smiled, That smile...When she smiles like that it means I'm in BIG trouble

"Well...Don't you already know where I was?" I mumbled

"Yes, you were at the club, you know that you shouldn't do that right?" She asks, she doesn't yell because she really cares for me.

"I know...I just really wanted to hang out with Suzy, cause I haven't seen her for a long time." I tell her

"I know, but you are the heiress to one of the biggest company in korea." She says with a worried expression

"I know, I have to work hard in school and study right?" I said

"Anyways...Me and your dad have some news to tell you..." She said holding one of my hands

"What?" I asked

" Well...We decided to work together with the Kim Company to become even greater and stronger..." She said hesitantly

"So?" I asked

"We want you to get married to their son..." She told me

"WHAT????!!!!!!!!" I shouted

"We'll tell you the details tommorow." She said and left the room

This can't be happening! I am not gonna get married!

[School]

I came to school looking rather tired...I couldn't sleep last night...Arranged marriage does that still happen now a days anyways?

 

Xiumin POV

I could not get any sleep last night...My parents told me I had to get married to someone?! I am not getting married anytime soon! I wonder who the girl is? Does she want to get married? Probably not...

School, was the same and we got homework...At least I won't be bored at home.

[Xiumin's House]

"Minseok-ah you're back!" My mom said giving me a hug

"Mom, Please let go." I said finally getting freed from my mom

"Are you ready to meet the person you're marrying?" My mom asked excitedly

"NO. I already told you. I am not getting to married to some girl I don't know." I said

"Well she goes to your school. And she's very pretty." My dad told me

"I forgot her name...Lee...Something...Anyways you'll meet her today." My mom told me

"She'll be here in an hour probably." She said

*sigh* Well, I guess I'll be seeing me future 'wife' soon huh?

 

IU POV

Why is it that only my parents are excited about meeting my so called future 'husband'? I wore a white and pink dress that was sleeveless. I put my hair down and waved the ends a bit.

"Ji eun-ah! Are you ready?" My mom asked

"Yeah, I'm coming." I said while walking downstairs

"Let's go. Are you ready?" My dad asked

"No...." I said to him

"Haha, don't worry." He said patting my shoulder

The car ride was absolute torture...My mom kept talking about this guy. She said he was really handsome, smart, and that he goes to me school. I must've seen him before maybe...

We were finally there. Their house was really big...It was a little bigger than our maybe. We were guided by a maid. When we got inside I heard someone greet us.

"Omo, you guys are here. Come sit down." The lady said

"Where are my manners, hi, I'm Mrs.Kim, and this is Mr.Kim." She pointed at the man

"Nice to meet you. My name is Lee Ji eun" I bowed

"Oh and here's my son." She dragged the guy, he was facing the other way though

"Oh...Um, hi. Nice to meet you." I greeted him

"Xiumin! Turn around!" She said, Xiumin? Who's that?

"Fine, fine!" He turned around, We saw eachothers faces...

"IT'S YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" We both shouted in unison

"Oh...You guys know eachother already?" Our parents asked

"No, no, no." We both quickly said

"I've seen him at school though..." I told Mrs.Kim

"Oh! Well that's good. Well, come let's have dinner." She said leading us to the Dining room

Me and Xiumin, I guess that's what they call him were sitting next to eachother. It was dead silent. Until my mom broke it.

"So when will their wedding be?" She asked

"We were thinking about two or three months from now." Mr.Kim said

"Why not make it as soon as possible?" My dad asked

"Well. We wanted the kids to get to know eachother a bit first." He explained

"I don't get why we have to get married though?" Xiumin snapped

"Xiumin, we already explained." His parents tried to calm him down

"I get you two don't want to get married. But please think about us." Our parents pleaded

I glanced at Xiumin...Does he hate me? Well it's understandable. Both of us don't want to get married to eachother.

" I have a question though. Why do you call him Xiumin?" I asked

"That's his middle name." Mrs.Kim said

"It sounds chinese." I said

"It is...I really liked the name, so that's why I call him Xiumin instead of Minseok." She explained

"Ahhh...I get it...." I said

"Hehe, do you have a middles name?" She asked

"No but people call me IU." I told her

"Why?" She asked with a curious face

"It represents that You and I can become one through music." I explained

"Oh, So you want to be a singer?" She asked

"Yeah...Sorta..." I said shyly

The dinner was finally over and we went home, my life was about to take a turn, in a direction I never thought I'd have to take
