Once you got home, Jaehyo was in your room, crying on your bed. "Jae?..are you okay?" You say, going towards him and rubbing his back. "My sweet little Minnie..you came home for me..." Jaehyo said, sitting up and wiping his tears. "Of course I did. You're my big brother. And I live here. And besides, you're pretty much all I have, Ahnnie. And I love you. I always have, I always will." You say, sitting beside him and hugging him. Jaehyo looked off out the window, remembering the very words your mother said when you were children: 

"You two must always love each other. You are brother and sister. Which means you're stuck together forever. I love you both dearly, I don't want you growing up fighting all the time like me and your aunt Jaehwa. Jaehyo, please, I beg of you. Protect your baby sister. And Minhee, Be good for your brother." 

Jaehyo then hugged you. "I promised mom that I would love and protect you forever.I'm going to keep that promise, Minnie."

"I know, Ahnnie. I promised that I would be good for you. Always have, always will." You say, smiling and hugging back.

"I love you Ahn Minhee."

"I love you Ahn Jaehyo."
