43. REASONS

Myungsoo was a complete mess.

How could he not be one? He thought life just got better when he could just hold Ivy in his arms once again, but no, he just had to screw it. He even forgot to say that he loves her, when lies started to come out from . Ivy is a damn one good liar, and that’s what Myungsoo fear the most, he couldn’t tell whether she is in pain or not, whether she is hurting or not. Things are complicated; at times like this he wished Ivy is the old Jung Sanghee. The fragile Sanghee who can’t get away from him, the clingy Sanghee who told him to be safe and that she will be waiting for him at home, the cheerful Sanghee who is always smiling like an adorable kitten. Kim Myungsoo was never into a clingy type truthfully, but when Ivy is Sanghee, Myungsoo could at least protect her; he could at least know things. But no, Ivy is no Jung Sanghee, she is the freaking Kwon Jiyeon, who punch everyone who pissed him off, the Kwon Jiyeon who smirk when she aimed a gun on her enemies, the Kwon Jiyeon who tells lie around just because she doesn’t want him to get hurt. Kim Myungsoo is a baby to Kwon Jiyeon and that’s pissed Myungsoo off. But still, Kim Myungsoo loves Kwon Jiyeon more. He loves how adorable she looks when she got mad and how genuine she smile when Myungsoo her hair. Kim Myungsoo just needs to protect her yet she never let him. Myungsoo was mad because of that and many other things. Like how Yong Junhyung is the one who take her home tonight, damn, Myungsoo dislikes Junhyung, he needs to kick Junhyung’s when he was no longer a help to Ivy or how he has to put up his L façade in front of Ivy, even though he knows it won’t change Ivy’s mind, he just hates it that he has to put a wall between him and Ivy. Funny, how Myungsoo can be in love all over again so quick when the woman this time is the most stubborn woman in the entire universe. “Why did you have to lie, Kwon Jiyeon? You are making things hard,” Myungsoo sighed. Myungsoo was spending his time on the gym, punching the target non-stop. Sweat is all over his body, her jet black hair is messy and wet yet Myungsoo won’t stop anytime soon. This is it when Myungsoo realizes that the problem isn’t Ivy’s lies, the problem is on how weak he is not to be able to see the truth through those lies.
