Chapter 5 

 

The next day

 

YoonYul’s POV

 

Yoona already arrive at the wedding dress boutique waiting for Yuri.

 

Yoong look at the watch and Yuri is already 30 minutes late.

 

‘ Aish….where is this girl? I can’t be late for tonight dinner ’ Yoong talks to herself

 

‘ Miss Im do you want to try a dress while waiting? ’ The girl asks

 

‘ Yes, I want to try this one ’

 

‘ Please follow me ’

 

Yoong follow her into the fitting room. During this time Yul arrives and look around

 

‘ Aish…where’s this girl? ’

 

‘ May I help you? ’

 

‘ Hmm….not yet. My partner is not here yet ’ Yul looks at her wristwatch

 

‘ Are you miss Kwon? ’

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Miss Im is in the fitting room, please follow me ’

 

The girl also gives Yul the dress so she can try. While passing the fitting room, Yoong comes out

 

‘ Yah~~~you……… ’ Yul is frozen on the spot.

 

Yoong comes out in a beautiful dress

 

‘ Hey, you are here? How’s the dress? ’ Yoong asks while looking on the mirror

 

Yul still amaze by the beautiful Yoona in front of her.

 

‘ How is it? ’ Yoong snaps her out

 

‘ Y-You look beautiful ’

 

‘ Really? ’ Yoong asks happily

 

‘ Yes ’ Yul quickly shakes her head

 

What happen to me? – Yul thought

 

‘ Just take this one. I’m sure my girlfriend will look more beautiful in any dress.’ Then Yul look at the girl ‘I’ll take this one, no need to try it ’ Yul said

 

Yoong turns to face Yul ‘ Don’t worry, I know we were force to get married and you already have a girlfriend but at least try it on. Your parents won’t be happy if they know that you didn’t even try your dress ’

 

Yul sighs ‘ Fine ’

 

Yul takes the dress and went inside the fitting room. Yoong is waiting outside while looking at other dress. Suddenly, Yoong receives a text from Soo asking her where she wanna eat tonight. Yoong smiles while replying.

 

‘ Who are you texting? ’ Yul asks while coming out

 

‘ None of your business ’ Yoong said without looking at Yul

 

‘ Yah~~~you asked me to try the dress but you didn’t even look at me ’

 

Yoong sighs and look up ‘ Is very nice on you ’

 

‘ Of course, everything on me is nice ’ Yul said proudly

 

‘ So full of yourself ’ Yoong shakes her head and get all her attention back to the phone

 

Yul just pouts and went back into the fitting room.

 

After the door close

 

‘ Aish….she didn’t even paying attention to me. When it was her all my attention is on her. Wait…what did you just said Kwon Yuri? ’ Yul talks to herself

 

After YoonYul finish paying for the dress

 

‘ Hmm….are you free now? ’ Yoong asks

 

Yul smiles ‘ Why? Are you in love with me that why you ask if I’m free so you can spend more time with me ’

 

Yoong scoffs ‘ Don’t be ridiculous. I just wanna talk to you ’

 

‘ About what? ’

 

‘ Are you free or not? ’ Yoong asks

 

‘ Yah~~~don’t look at me like this. Yes, I’m free. Let’s go talk at a coffee shop ’ Yul puts everyting in her car and they walk at the coffee shop near their car.

 

Inside the coffee shop

 

‘ What do you wanna drink? ’ Yul asks

 

‘ Mocha ’

 

Yul nods and walks away, after a while she comes back with the coffees.

 

‘ So, what do you wanna talk? ’ Yul sits down

 

‘ Since everything is arrange why don’t we live in peace ’

 

‘ What do you mean? ’

 

‘ I know you don’t wanna get married with me and me either but we don’t have a choice we can’t cancel our marriage ’

 

‘ So? ’

 

‘ So, let’s live peacefully together ’

 

‘ What do you mean? ’

 

‘ I won’t bother you and you don’t bother me while we live together. We will have our privacy ’

 

‘ Good. But you will live at my place and sometimes my girlfriend will come over for the night ’

 

‘ I don’t have problem with that ’

 

‘ Perfect ’

 

‘ Great the let’s shake hands ’ Yoong said

 

‘ Wait… ’

 

‘ What’s now? ’

 

‘ Don’t never ever call me dark chocolate ’

 

Yoong chuckles ‘ Ok, from now on I won’t call you dark chocolate ’

 

‘ Good, then let’s shake hands now ’

 

YoonYul shakes hands

 

‘ You are older than me, so I’ll call you Yuri unnie when we are alone but in front of our parents I will call you Yuri ’

 

‘ Just call me Yul and I will call you Yoong ’ Yuri said

 

‘ Ok. Hmm…..did you girlfriend knows about this arrange marriage? ’

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Is she mad? ’

 

‘ No, because she wants our relationship to be in secret ’

 

‘ Weird ’ Yoong said

 

‘ What do you mean? ’

 

‘ Who won’t get jealous or mad if they found out the person she loves will get married with someone else ’

 

‘ My girlfriend just trust me ’

 

‘ If you say so ’ Yoong looks at her wristwatch ‘ I need to go, I have a dinner with someone ’

 

‘ Ok, I’ll see you at the wedding day ’ Yul said

 

‘ I’m sure our parents will want us to meet before the wedding day to get everything prepare. I’ll see you then ’ Yoong smiles and leave

 

SooSica’s POV

 

Jessica is working in her studio looking the last pictures she took then her phone rang

 

‘ Hello? ’ Sica answers without looking at the ID

 

‘ Hey Sica, am I disturbing you? ’

 

Sica smiles ‘ No Soo, I’m reading a book ’ she lies

 

‘ Do you wanna have a drink with me? ’

 

‘ Sure ’

 

‘ Where are you now? ’

 

‘ I’m at the studio ’

 

‘ Perfect, I’m near your studio now. I’ll be there in 10 minutes ’

 

‘ Ok, I’ll see you later ’ Sica hang up and runs into the bathroom to put some make up

 

‘ Is my clothes all right today? Argh…I should dress nicer today ’ Sica talks to herself

 

‘ Sica? ’

 

‘ Gosh…Soo is here ’ Sica quickly puts everything in her make-up bag and walk out the bathroom

 

Soo is dressing casually and smiles at her

 

‘ Are you alone? ’ Sica looks around

 

‘ Wae? Are you expecting someone with me? ’ Soo asks

 

‘ I thought you are with your manager ’

 

‘ Oh, I give her a day off since today I don’t have schedule. Are you ready to go? ’

 

‘ Hmm…..Soo, why don’t you go to my place? ’

 

‘ Huh? ’

 

‘ I mean, let’s have a drink at my place. What if people recognize you? ’

 

Soo chuckles ‘ I already book a room, so no one will see me ’

 

‘ Oh….. ’ Sica disappoints

 

‘ I’ll go to your place next time ’ Soo said

 

‘ Really? ’

 

‘ Yes, let’s go ’ Soo said

 

Inside the coffee shop

 

‘ Why you suddenly ask me out for a coffee? ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Wae? Can’t I ask my friend to have a coffee with me ’ Soo pouts

 

Sica panics ‘ That’s not what I meant ’

 

Soo chuckles ‘ I was kidding. I ask you out because I need to leave Seoul tomorrow ’

 

‘ Y-you are leaving? ’

 

‘ Well I need to go to Japan for two months ’

 

‘ Two months? ’

 

Soo nods ‘ I have a new CF to shoot there and it will take at least two months ’

 

‘ Will you call me? ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Of course I will. You are my friend and you can call me whenever you want ’ Soo smiles

 

‘ Since you are leaving tomorrow, let me treat you dinner tonight ’ Sica smiles

 

‘ I’m sorry Sica, tonight I already have dinner with someone. ’ Soo looks at her wristwatch ‘ Let me send you home now ’

 

Soo drives Sica home

 

‘ I’ll see you in two months ’ Soo said while walking Sica at the building entrance

 

‘ Yes. Take care of yourself ’ Sica said

 

‘ I have a lot of people taking care of me ’

 

Sica hugs Soo tighly ‘ I’ll miss you ’

 

Tiffany’s POV

 

I just finish my work, I’m worried about Tae. Last night she didn’t come home when I left so today I decide to go to her office.

 

‘ Hello miss Tiffany ’ Tae’s asssitant said

 

‘ Hello Suzy, is Taeyeon here? ’

 

‘ You don’t know? ’

 

‘ Know what? ’

 

‘ Miss Kim resigned this morning ’

 

‘ Resigned? ’

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Why? ’

 

‘ I don’t know, she cames this morning and gave her resignation letter to the president ’

 

‘ Do you know where she is now? ’

 

‘ No ’

 

I thank her and left the building. I tried to call her but her phone is off. I went to the apartment but she in not here neither. I sigh and decide to go back to Khun’s place. At this time, he is still at work so I just sit on the couch thinking about Tae.

 

Why am I still care about her? I don’t love her anymore but I don’t know why after she left me last night I feel my whole world is different. I feel alone, I know Khun was here with me but the feeling is completly different. Maybe I’m still not get to used to without seeing Tae the whole day. Well, we leave together for almost a year but I never that I can miss her so much when she is not around me anymore.

 

TaeWon’s POV

 

Tae just finish my meeting with Siwon

 

‘ Do you have your car? ’ he asks

 

‘ No, my car is in the garage ’

 

‘ I’ll send you home ’

 

‘ No need oppa. You are tired too ’

 

‘ I’m fine. I’ll send you home ’

 

Siwon walks her in front of my appartment

 

‘ Oppa, why don’t you come in and have a coffee first? ’

 

‘ I don’t wanna bother you ’

 

‘ Is not a bother at all, come in ’

 

He follows Tae inside the appartment

 

‘ Oppa, have a sit. I’ll go prepare the coffee. ’

 

Siwon nods and looks around. Then he saw a picture of TaeNy smiling happily together.

 

‘ Coffee’s ready ’ Tae comes back

 

Tae saw Siwon holding the picture of her and Fany. Tae walks toward him

 

‘ I’m sorry, I didn’t…. ’

 

‘ Is ok oppa, I forgot to throw it this morning ’ Tae takes the frames and throw it at the garbage can

 

They sit down

 

‘ Are you alright? ’ Siwon asks in concern

 

‘ Yes, I won’t made myself sad because of someone who don’t deserve it ’ Tae said

 

He slowly takes Tae’s hand ‘ Tae, I know you just break up but I want you to know that I love you ’

 

‘ Oppa….. ’

 

‘ Listen, I love since the first day I met you but I don’t have the courage to ask you out. After what happen to you last night, I know this is my chance to confess my feeling to you Taeyeon-ah ’

 

‘ Oppa, I’m not ready to have a new relationship yet ’

 

‘ I know. I just want you to know my feeling for you. I will wait for you, I will give you time to forget about your ex ’

 

‘ Is not fair for you. You know I dated a girl and…… ’

 

Siwon suddenly kiss Tae’s lips then slowly pull off ‘ I don’t mind. Please believe me, I will give you happiness and I won’t hurt you like your ex. I will make sure you give the best to you ’

 

Tears fall down from Tae ‘ I don’t deserve your love ’

 

‘ Yes, you deserve everything ’ he hugs Tae

 

‘ Yes oppa ’

 

‘ What? ’

 

‘ I will be your girlfriend ’

 

Siwon smiles and hugs Tae more tightly

 

SooNa’s POV

 

Yoong is waiting for Soo in front of the building then she saw Soo’s car stop in front of her. Soo comes out to open the door for Yoong. Soo drives away

 

‘ Soo, where are we going? ’

 

‘ Secret ’ Soo smiles

 

‘ Are you going to sell me? ’ Yoong asks

 

Soo chuckles and pinch Yoong’s cheek ‘ I won’t sell a cute girl like you ’

 

‘ Then tell me where are we going ’

 

Soo shakes her head

 

After a while, Soo stops her car in front of a building. Yoong looks around

 

‘ Soo there’s no restaurant here ’

 

‘ Is a private restaurant ’ Soo said

 

Soo takes Yoong’s hand and walk toward the elevator. Yoong stops Soo

 

‘ Soo, I’m sure here is just residentiel ’

 

‘ Do you trust me? ’ Soo asks

 

Yoong nods

 

‘ Then follow me ’ Soo said

 

Inside the elevator, Soo press the top floor of the building. The elevator door opens in front a penthouse.

 

‘ Soo, we need to leave this building before security come to take us out ’ Yoong said nervously

 

‘ Don’t worry, come with me ’ Soo walks out the elevator still holding Yoong’s hand

 

Soo stop in front of the door then enter the code.

 

‘ Go inside ’

 

Yoong shakes her head

 

‘ Don’t be scare. Ok, I tell you, this is my place ’

 

‘ You live here? ’

 

‘ Yes, now can you go inside before the paparazzy takes pictures of us ’

 

Yoong quickly walks in and Soo can just chuckles at Yoong cuteness. Yoong looks around the beautiful penthouse

 

‘ Yoong, are you hungry? ’

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Food is ready ’ Soo smiles

 

‘ Are you superwoman? ’

 

‘ No, I’m not. I prepared it before I went to pick you ’

 

Soo pulls the chair for Yoong

 

‘ Wow, you prepare all this foods ’

 

‘ Yes, tell me if they are good or not ’

 

‘ I’m sure they are delicious ’ Yoong said happily

 

‘ Then eat more ’ Soo starts to puts the foods on Yoong’s plate

 

Yoong starts to eat ‘ Is delicious. Let me feed you ’

 

Soo accepts the food from Yoong.

 

‘ Next time is my turn to prepare dinner for you at my place ’ Yoong said

 

‘ You have two months ’

 

‘ Why? ’

 

‘ I need to go to Japan for two months ’ Soo said sadly

 

‘ That’s mean I can’t see you all these time ’ Yoong stops eating

 

‘ Hey, don’t be sad I will call you everyday ’ Soo takes Yoong’s hand on the table

 

‘ Promise? ’

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Soo, I have something to tell you ’ Yoong looks at Soo

 

‘ What it is? ’

 

‘ My parents arrange me a marriage with someone. I will get married in less than a month ’ Yoong said

 

‘ ………………….. ’

 

‘ Soo… ’

 

‘ Do you like her? ’

 

‘ No, I hate her. She is so rude and she already have a girlfriend ’

 

‘ Then why you accept this marriage? ’

 

‘ Because my parents already plan everything. I can’t say no to them. I talked to her today and we are agree that we won’t bother each other when we leave together ’

 

‘ You are living at her place? ’

 

‘ I don’t have a choice ’ Yoong said

 

‘ That’s mean the moment I come back to Seoul, you will be someone’s wife? ’ Soo slowly said

 

Yoong just nods

 

‘ Can I still call you everyday? ’ Soo asks

 

‘ Sure, we are friend ’

 

Soo forces a smiles, during the whole dinner she is still processing the fact that the one she loves will get married with someone else.
