Chapter 14

 

Yoona’s  POV

 

I open the drawer and saw the divorce paper Yuri gave me before we get married. I take the envelop out

 

Thanks for helping me to make the decision……….

 

I take the paper out and sign it.

 

Hope you will be happy with this…..

 

I put the paper back to the drawer. I went to change because I don’t want Soo to wait too long. I walk out the room and saw Yuri comes back.

 

‘ You are home ’ I said

 

‘ Yes. Have you eat dinner yet, if not I’ll cook for you ’ She smiles

 

‘ No thanks, I’m going to have dinner at my parents place ’ I smile back

 

Yuri’s POV

 

When she is about to walk away I hold her hand

 

‘ I’ll go with you. Is been a while since I visit them ’

 

She turns to face me ‘ No need ’

 

‘ W-What do you mean no need? ’

 

‘ I already told you, from now we don’t bother each other business. You never cared about me, so why bother now? ’

 

‘ Of course I c….. ’

 

She looks at her wristwatch ‘ Look, I really need to go. Bye ’

 

After the door close

 

‘ You don’t know how much I care about you. I love you Yoona, I will show you tomorrow ’ I talk to myself

 

SooNa’s POV

 

Soo parks her car in front of the Im’s mansion, she went out to open the car door for Yoong. Soo takes out a few bags

 

‘ What’s all those bags? ’

 

‘ I can’t come in empty hand to visit my girlfriend parents. They will be my future-in-law, I need to give them good impression ’

 

‘ Who said I will get married with you? ’

 

‘ I never said is you ’

 

‘ Yah~~~~ ’

 

Soo chuckles ‘ Let’s go inside, I don’t want to be late ’

 

* Ding *

 

After a while a maid opens the door

 

‘ Miss, you are home? ’

 

‘ Yes auntie ’ Yoong smiles

 

Yoong guides Soo inside the mansion. Her parents comes out

 

‘ Nice to meet you I’m Choi Sooyoung ’ Soo bows

 

‘ Welcome Sooyoung, please come in ’ Yoong’s parents said

 

In the living room

 

‘ Mr. Im I heard that you love wines so I pick some for you. ’ Soo gives a bag to mr. Im

 

‘ Thank you Sooyoung ’

 

‘ And mrs. Im those are some skin care product. I head you love this brand ’

 

‘ You don’t need to do this Sooyoung-ah. Thank you ’ mrs. Im said happily

 

After a while, Yoong’s parents looks at Soo

 

‘ Hey stop looking at her like this. She will be embarrass ’ Yoong defense her girlfriend

 

‘ Sooyoung, what your familily do? ’ mr. Im

 

‘ My family owns some business in L.A. ’

 

‘ What kind of business? ’ mrs. Im asks

 

‘ Your favorite brand skin care ’ Yoong said

 

‘ C & C cosmetics? ’

 

Soo nods

 

‘ Do you have brother or sister? ’ mr. Im asks

 

‘ I have a brother and sister ’

 

‘ Hey stop asking her all those questions ’

 

Soo patted Yoong’s hand and smiles ‘ Is fine. Every parents want to know what kind of person their daughter date ’

 

After hearing what Soo said, Yoong’s parents smiles. The maid comes in

 

‘ Dinner ready ’

 

‘ Let’s have dinner first ’ Mr. Im said

 

SooNa follow Mr. & mrs. Im in the living room.

 

‘ Sooyoung, hope you will like the food we prepare ’ mrs. Im said

 

‘ I eat everything mrs. Im ’

 

‘ Just call us auntie and uncle ’ mr. Im smiles

 

‘ Yes uncle ’

 

Soo pulls the chair for Yoong. Yoong’s parents smiles at Soo’s action. After Soo sits down, she remarks that on the table there’s only shrimps.

 

‘ Is there something wrong Sooyoung? ’ mrs. Im asks

 

‘ Hmm…..is…..hmmm……… ’

 

Mr. Im chuckles ‘ Don’t be nervous, just tell us ’

 

‘ I’m sorry but Yoona have allergy on shrimp but tonight the whole menu is….. ’

 

Mr. & mrs. Im burst into laugh. Then he gives a sign to the maid to change the foods on the table

 

‘ We just wanna test you if you are really caring and know our daughter well ’ mrs. Im said

 

‘ Huh? ’

 

‘ The foods with the shrimps are for the maids ’ mr. Im said happily

 

‘ We are happy that our only daughter find someone like you Sooyoun-ah ’ mrs. Im takes Soo’s hand

 

‘ Sooyoung, from now you will be responsable for my daughter. If she is sad or whatever we won’t forgive you ’ mr. Im said

 

‘ Don’t worry uncle auntie. I will take care of Yoona ’ Soo said happily

 

‘ Good, let’s eat now ’ mrs. Im puts some foods on Soo’s plate

 

After dinner, they talk for about an hour before they leave

 

‘ Thank you for the dinner uncle auntie ’ Soo bows

 

‘ You’re welcome Sooyoung. Please come more often ’

 

‘ I will ’

 

‘ Soo, can you wait for me in the car. I have something to talk with my parents ’

 

‘ Sure. Then I’ll go first uncle auntie ’

 

Yoona’s POV

 

After Soo left, I walk into the living room with my parents

 

‘ We really love Sooyoung, she is caring, gorgeous and handsome. What the most important is she loves you ’ appa said

 

‘ Yes, if we know that Yuri already have a girlfriend we won’t agree with this marriage. We are so sorry Yoong ’ umma said

 

‘ Is ok umma ’

 

‘ So, what do you wanna talk with us? ’ appa asks

 

‘ Appa, I want a year off ’

 

‘ Why? ’

 

‘ Well Soo got a job at NYC and she asked me to go with her ’

 

‘ When are you planning to go? ’ appa asks

 

‘ Tomorrow ’

 

‘ Tomorrow? ’ umma asks

 

‘ Yes, they want Soo to be there as soon as possible ’

 

‘ Did Yuri know about this? Don’t forget, you two are still married by law ’ appa said

 

‘ I already sign the divorce paper. I will talk to her tomorrow ’

 

‘ If this is your decision then ok ’

 

‘ Thank you appa ’ I hug him

 

‘ Just be careful when you are there ’ umma said

 

‘ Don’t worry, Soo will there with me ’ I said

 

‘ Just call us every day ’ appa said

 

‘ Sure. I’ll go now, Soo is waiting ’

 

‘ Yes don’t let her wait for too long ’ appa quickly said

 

‘ We really love Sooyoung. She is a great girl ’ umma said

 

SooNa’s POV

 

‘ I’m sorry to make you wait ’ Yoong said

 

‘ I can wait for the whole eternity for you ’ Soo said

 

‘ Such a sweet talker ’ Yoong chuckles

 

Soo drives Yoong back to the apartment. Soo parks the car in front of the building and both of them sat in silence

 

‘ Soo, I signed the divorce paper ’

 

‘ You signed the divorce paper? ’

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ That’s mean…….. ’

 

‘ I’ll go with you tomorrow. I want to be with you Soo ’

 

Soo hugs Yoong ‘ Thank you Yoong ’

 

After a while they pull off the hug, Yoong kiss Soo’s lips

 

‘ Go home, I’ll see you tomorrow at the airport ’

 

Soo shakes her head ‘ I’ll pick you up tomorrow morning ’

 

Yoong nods and kiss Soo again

 

The next morning

 

Yoona’s POV

 

I take the divorce paper I signed, when I walk out the room I saw Yuri in the living room.

 

‘ Morning Yul ’

 

‘ Morning Yoong ’ she smiles

 

‘ I wanna talk to you ’ I said

 

‘ I’m so sorry Yoong, I have a meeting in 30 minutes ’

 

‘ It won’t take you more than 2 minutes ’

 

‘ Let’s talk tonight. I’ll pick you up tonight ’ She said then walk out the apartment

 

You never give your time to me even now…..

 

I walk back to my room to pick my suitcases because I want to leave my stuffs back to my apartment first. I saw the diaries on the table with the Mickey mouse bandaid. I take the bandaid out and throw it in the garbage can. I look on the bed and saw the Rilakkhuma bear

 

I’m sorry Rilakkhuma I can’t take you with me because she is the one who bring you to me. Now I don’t want to have anything about her relate to me…..

 

SooNa’s POV

 

Soo is standing happily in front of the building. When she saw Yoong comes out she quickly runs toward her and take the suitcase.

 

After they went in the car,

 

‘ Soo, can you take me to this adress? ’

 

‘ Who place is it? ’

 

‘ Is her parents place? I don’t have a chance to give this to her this morning so I give it to her parents. After you send me there, can you take my stuff back to my apartment. We’ll meet at the airport in an hour ’

 

Soo nods

 

Yoona’s POV

 

* Ding *

 

A maid opens the door

 

‘ Morning miss Im ’

 

‘ Morning auntie, is appa and umma home? ’

 

‘ Yes they are in the living room ’

 

I go inside and walk into the living room. They are reading newspaper when I get closer they look up and have a smile when they saw me

 

‘ Ah, my lovely daughter-in-law ’ mr. Kwon said happily

 

‘ Why you didn’t call? If you did we will prepare something for you to eat ’ mrs. Kwon hugs me

 

‘ Where’s Yuri? ’ mr. Kwon asks

 

‘ She have a meeting ’ I answer

 

‘ Meeting? ’ mr. Kwon seems surprise

 

‘ Yes, she went out earlier saying that she have a meeting ’

 

‘ For my information, she don’t have meeting today….. ’ mr. Kwon blurted out

 

‘ Maybe she have somethine else to do ’ mrs. Kwon quickly said

 

‘ Hmm….appa umma, can you please give this to Yuri for me please ’ I give the envelop to them

 

‘ What it is? Why don’t you give it to her at home ’ mr. Kwon opens envelop and his eyes widened

 

‘ What is it? ’ mrs. Kwon takes the envelop ‘ Divorce paper? ’

 

‘ Yes, I signed it. I wanna give it to Yuri this morning but she didn’t give me time so I want to ask you to give it to her for me please ’

 

‘ What happen Yoona? Did Yuri do something that upset you? If yes, I will give her a real lesson ’ mr. Kwon said

 

‘ No ’ I said

 

‘ Then why you suddenly gave this to us and why there’s Yuri’s signature on it. You said that she didn’t saw it yet? ’ mrs. Kwon asks

 

‘ Yuri already signed it before we get married. ’

 

‘ WHAT? THAT BRAT ’ mr. Kwon said angrily

 

‘ Please don’t be angry appa ’

 

‘ Yoona, please give Yuri one more chance. I know she loves you very much ’ mrs. Kwon said

 

‘ I just want to give her a chance to be with the one she loves ’

 

‘ She loves you ’ mr. Kwon said

 

‘ Yuri already have a girlfriend that she loves very much ’

 

‘ What? ’ mrs. Kwon said surprisely

 

‘ I’m sure she will introduce her to you in the future. Please just give give this to her. I’m going now ’ I bow

 

‘ Yoona, wait…..I’ll call Yuri to come over. Then you can talk to her ’ mr. Kwon said

 

‘ Sorry appa but I have a plane to catch up ’

 

‘ Where are you going? ’ mrs. Kwon asks

 

‘ I ask one year off from appa. I’m going to the States ’ I answer

 

‘ I really need to go now. Please take care ’ I bow and walk out the mansion.

 

Jessica’s POV

 

I call Soo to ask her out tonight. After a few rings she answers

 

‘ Hello? ’

 

‘ Soo, is me Sica ’

 

‘ Hey Sica ’

 

‘ Soo, are you free tonight? I have something to tell you ’

 

‘ I’m sorry Sica. I’m on my way to the airport now ’

 

‘ Where are you going? ’

 

‘ NYC ’

 

‘ For how long? ’

 

‘ Maybe 6 months. I don’t have time to tell you because I just know it yesterday. Is it something important that you wanna talk tonight ’

 

‘ Not very ’

 

‘ Hmm…Can you tell me after I come back? ’

 

‘ Sure. Have a safe trip ’

 

‘ Thank you. Bye Sica ’

 

I gain all my courage to confess tonight but now I need to wait another 6 months……… I just hope this six months will pass fast so I can see her faster.

 

SooNa’s POV

 

Soo arrives at the airport then saw Yoong talking with Sunny. Soo slowly walks toward them and back hug Yoong.

 

Yoong gasp then chuckles ‘ You scare me ’

 

‘ Sorry baby ’ Soo kiss her cheek while backhugging Yoong

 

‘ Hey you two. I’m still here. Stop your lovey dovey I really wanna puke ’ Sunny said

 

‘ You are just jealous because I have a beautiful girlfriend ’ Soo stucks her tongue out

 

‘ Yeah~~~I’m very jealous ’ Sunny said while shaking her head.

 

‘ I know ’ Soo said proudly

 

‘ Soo, have you send my suitcase back to my place ’ Yoong asks while Sunny walks away

 

‘ Yes. Did you give the divorce paper to her parents? ’

 

‘ Yes, now I’m yours ’ Yoong pinchs Soo’s nose

 

Soo hugs Yoong happily ‘ I’m so happy that you choose me ’

 

‘ I’m glad that I met you at the hospital and thank for loving me ’ Yoong said

Hehehe....my dear readers please don't hate me for making Yoong choose Soo. I really wanna make some SooNa sweet moment first. So yes, I few chapters with SooNa first:P
