YulSic’s POV

 

In the shopping

 

‘ What should I bought for her? ’ Yul asks

 

‘ What she like? ’

 

‘ Rilakkhuma ’

 

‘ And? ’

 

‘ Eat ’

 

‘ And? ’

 

‘ …………………….. ’

 

Sica sighs ‘ Yul, how much do you know her? ’

 

‘ I…….. ’ Yul open then close it

 

Sica sighs again ‘ Let’s look around, I’m sure we will find the perfect gift ’

 

‘ You will help me right ’ Yul asks

 

‘ Of course ’ Sica patted Yul’s shoudler

 

‘ Sica ’

 

‘ Yes Yul ’

 

‘ Can you come to the party with me? ’

 

‘ Why? ’

 

‘ I’m nervous. Just imagining that I will see her tomorrow make me nervous to dead. Also her parents will invite all her friends and you are her friend right? ’

They pass by a jewelry store

 

‘ Sica, how about I bought her a jewelry? ’

 

‘ Good idea. Let’s go ’

 

Inside the jewelry store

 

‘ Sica, should I buy her a ring? ’

 

‘ You wanna propose at her birthday party ’ Sica asks in disbelief

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Yul, she signed the divorce paper. Do you think she will say yes? ’

 

‘ …………….If I don’t try then I will lose her ’

 

‘ You are not the same Kwon Yuri that I know anymore. Fine, then let look for the ring ’

 Sica said

 

The next day 30 minutes before the birthday party

 

SooNa’s POV

 

Yoong is about to go out to pick Soo’s at the airport then her phone rang

 

‘ Babe, you already arrive ’ Yoong asks happily

 

‘ I’m sorry baby, I can’t make it to your birthday party ’

 

‘ WHAT? WHY? WHERE ARE YOU NOW? ’ Yoong suddenly yells

 

‘ L.A. ’

 

‘ L.A.? ’

 

‘ Sunny reserve the wrong date. So I’ll come back tomorrow ’

 

‘ But you promise that you will be here with me at my birthday ’ Yoong said with teary eyes

 

‘ I’m sorry baby. Please don’t be sad, look I’ll buy a big gift ’

 

‘ I don’t want gift, I want you ’

 

‘ I’m really sorry baby. Look my phone battery is almost dead, I’ll call you tom……. ’ the line dead

 

Yoona’s POV

 

I can’t believe it, how can Sunny reserves the wrong date. I miss her so much……Since Soo is not here, I’m don’t have mood to go to the party but since my parents recognize it for me I can’t let them down. So I drive to the mansion. The maid opens the door and when I walk in the whole mansion change. The decoration is base on Rilakkhuma, I happily look around. Is like I’m in Rilakkhuma’s house right now.

 

Wow…..how appa and umma did this?

 

‘ Happy birthday Yoong ’ I turn back then saw my parents and Soo’s family smiling at me

 

They hug me, wishing me happy birthday. I look around hoping Soo will be here

 

‘ Yoong, Soo can’t made it tonight ’ Tae said

 

‘ I know she called me ’ I said sadly

 

‘ Yoong, do you like the decoration? ’ appa asks

 

‘ Yes, how did you do this? I love it ’ I said

 

‘ Is S……Hmm…… Siwon who help us ’ umma said

 

‘ Oppa, you did all this? ’ I ask

 

‘ Me? Hmm……..y-yes ’

 

‘ Well, we all help ’ Sojin smiles

 

Slowly guests start arriving. I’m talking to Tae at the corner

 

Yuri’s POV

 

‘ Why you guys are so late? The party start like almost an hour ’ I said in my parent’s car

 

‘ I’m sorry is because of the meeting ’ appa said

 

‘ Whatever, uncle can you drive faster ’ I ask our driver

 

Jessica’s POV

 

I just arrive in front of the Im’s mansion, when I went in I saw someone look like Soo who pass by but quickly disappear.

 

I must be dreaming, how can Soo be here?

 

‘ Sica… ’

 

I turn back and saw Yuri comes in with her parents. I greet them and we walk Yoona’s parents

 

‘ Kwon, thanks for coming ’ mr. Im said while hugging mr. Kwon

 

Yuri’s POV

 

‘ Thanks for inviting us uncle auntie ’ I said

 

‘ Yuri-ah, long time no see. How are you? ’ auntie Im asks

 

‘ I’m great ’

 

After greeting Yoong’s parents, I walk away leaving my parents talking with them. I’m searching for Yoong in the mansion. After a while, I finally saw her. I frown when I saw her talking happily with a girl.

 

‘ Who’s that midget? Why she is holding my Yoong’s hand? ’ I talk to myself

 

I decide to walk close to her

 

‘ Yoong……. ’

 

YoonYul’s POV

 

Yoong turns back after hearing someone calls her

 

‘ Yuri? ’

 

‘ Yoong, I’ll leave you ’ Tae said

 

‘ Ok Tae, I’ll talk to you later ’

 

After Tae walks away

 

‘ How are you? ’ Yoong smiles

 

‘ I’m fine and you? I forget, happy birthday ’ Yul said nervously with her heart jumping crazily that’s not helping at all

 

‘ I’m great. Thanks for coming ’ Yoong said

 

‘ Thanks for the invitation ’ Yul said

 

‘ Where’s Jessica? ’ Yoong asks

 

‘ She’s…… ’

 

‘ Happy birthday Yoong ’ Sica hugs Yoong

 

Pabo….I should hug her>.< Jessica Jung you better get off my Yoong…….

 

‘ Thank you Sica ’

 

‘ Wow, you are gorgeous tonight. ’

 

‘ Thank you ’

 

‘ So, when are you two plan to get married? ’ Yoong asks

 

‘ We are not tog…… ’ Yul starts to say

 

‘ Here you are Yoona ’

 

Yoong looks up and saw Yul’s parents walk toward them with a big smile

 

‘ Uncle, auntie thanks for coming ’ Yoong hugs them

 

‘ Happy birthday Yoona ’ they said

 

‘ Thank you. Have you see my parents? ’ Yoong asks

 

‘ Yes, we talked to them before ’ mr. Kwon said

 

‘ How’s your vacation? Did you have fun? ’ mrs. Kwon asks

 

‘ Yes but time past really fast. I still want to have a longer vacation ’ Yoong smiles

 

‘ Well if you want to go on vacation, you can ask Yul to go with you next time ’

 

‘ Well if she don’t mind I don’t mind at all ’

 

Yul smiles at Yoong answers but the smile disappear when she heard

 

‘ But she must come with Sica. It will be more fun if we are more ’ Yoong said while smiling

 

‘ Tell us, where did you go? ’ Sica asks trying to change the conversation

 

‘ I stayed in NYC for a few months then I went to L.A. for about a week ’

 

‘ Why you stayed there for so long? You should go to more place ’ mr. Kwon said

 

‘ I can’t because my gi……. ’

 

‘ Yoong, here you are. I’m searching for you ’ Sojin said then looks at the Kwon’s ‘ I’m sorry for disturbing ’

 

She apologize to mr & mrs. Kwon

 

‘ No problem ’ mr. Kwon smiles

 

‘ Unnie, why you search for me? ’ Yoong asks

 

‘ Oh……yes. Umma wanna see you ’ Sojin said

 

‘ Umma? ’

 

Sojin nods nervously

 

‘ But I just saw her talking with oppa over there ’ Yoong points

 

‘ No….I’m sorry, I mean  Tae wanna see you ’

 

‘ Where is she? ’ Yoong asks

 

‘ She is near the piano ’ Sojin said

 

‘ I’m sorry uncle auntie ’ Yoong excuses herself then walks toward the piano

 

Yuri’s POV

 

‘ Yoona become more beautiful now ’ umma said

 

‘ Yes, Yoona is very gorgeous. That’s why Yul can’t take her eyes from her ’ Sica tease

 

Yes, my eyes is now glue on while she walks away.

 

‘ Yuri-ah, what did you buy for Yoona? ’ appa asks

 

‘ I…… ’

 

‘ Uncle, auntie Yul wanna proposes tonight ’

 

‘ Really? ’ umma asks happily

 

‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Then you should go and asks her now ’ appa said

 

‘ Now? ’

 

They nods happily

 

‘ I can’t wait to have Yoona to be my daughter-in-law again ’ umma said happily then all light suddenly turn off

 

Yoona’s POV

 

I’m happy to see Yuri again…..The moment I saw her I know that my feeling for her is not the same as before. Now I only see her like a sister…….

 

When Yul starts talking, her parents comes towards us I can see frustration from her but I don’t know why. I talk to her parents for a while then Sojin unnie drags me away telling that Tae wanna see me near the piano.

 

‘ Unnie, where’s T……… ’ I’m now a few feet away from the piano

 

Suddenly all the light turns off. The whole mansion is dark, after a while someone plays the happy birthday song on the piano I can’t really see who is it because only a few candle light there. After a few minutes, the song finish. The person stand up and slowly walking in front of me with a birthday cake.

 

I chuckle because in front of me is the person I’m dying to see. After everyone finish singing the birthday song I blow the candly. The light turns on and Soo puts the cake on the table

 

‘ Happy birthday baby ’ She kisses my cheek

 

‘ I thought you are in L.A.? ’

 

‘ I was lying. How can I miss your birthday? Do you like the Rilakkhuma decoration? ’ She smiles

 

‘ Y-you did all this? ’

 

‘ Well with the help of everyone ’ Soo said

 

I hug her happily then I feel something on my neck. I look down and is a beautiful necklace. After a while, all the guest comes around us because my girlfriend is THE Choi Sooyoung.

 

Yuri’s POV

 

Someone start to play the birthday song when Yoong is near the piano. After the song end, I saw someone walk toward her with a birthday cake. When the lights turn on, the person stands in front of Yoong is………..C-Choi Sooyoung. What shock me the most is when she kisses Yoong and Yoong smiles sweetly at her.

 

‘ I-Is that Choi Sooyoung? ’ umma asks

 

‘ Yes auntie, is her ’ Sica answers

 

‘ Yoona knows her? ’ appa asks

 

‘ They seem very close ’ umma said

 

Jessica’s POV

 

After the lights turn on, to my surprise I saw Soo standing in front of Yoong with a birthday cake. Soo gives her a necklace, after a while the guest starts to gathering around Soo.

 

So the person I saw earlier is really her………..

 

Sooyoung’s POV

 

The guest ask me autograph and pictures while Yoong is standing next to me with a bright smile on her face.

 

I look up and I saw someone like Sica farther but I’m not sure.

 

‘ Baby, is that Sica over there ’ I point

 

‘ You know her? ’ Yoong asks

 

‘ Yes, she is a friend of mine ’

 

‘ Why you didn’t tell me? Do you have a secret relationship with her? ’ she teases

 

I chuckle ‘ Well I only have one secret lover and her name is Im Yoona. But now, I don’t think you are my secret lover anymore because everyone know about our relationship ’

 

‘ I don’t mind ’ she smiles and I’m so happy to hear this words from her

 

Yoong suddenly drags me in a corner

 

‘ Babe ’

 

‘ Baby, don’t tell me you wanna make out here. Everyone will see us ’ I tease

 

She slaps my arms playfully while blushing

 

‘ Stop teasing me ’

 

I can just chuckle at her cuteness

 

‘ Babe, Sica is my ex-wife girlfriend and she is here tonight ’

 

I look at the girl next Sica ‘ So, she is your ex-wife ’ I said

 

‘ Yes, do you wanna meet her? ’ Yoong asks

 

‘ Of course, she is my friend’s girlfriend ’

 

‘ Come with me ’ Yoong takes my hand and walk toward them 

 

YoonYulSooSica’s POV

 

YulSic saw SooNa walking hand in hand toward them.

 

‘ Uncle, auntie let me introduce. She is my girlfriend Choi Sooyoung ’ Yoong said happily

 

‘ Nice to meet you I’m Choi Sooyoung ’

 

‘ Is very nice to meet you Sooyoung-ssi ’ mr. Kwon said

 

‘ Just call me Sooyoung ’ Soo looks at Yul then Sica

 

‘ Hey Sica, how are you? ’ Soo gives a friendly hugs to Sica

 

‘ You two know each other? ’ mrs. Kwon asks

 

‘ Yes auntie, I was once Sooyoung’s CF photographer ’ Sica said

 

‘ Babe, she is Kwon Yuri Sica’s girlfriend ’ Yoong introduces

 

‘ Nice to meet you Yuri-ssi ’

 

‘ Just call me Yuri, Sooyoong-ssi ’

 

‘ Just call me Sooyoung or Soo ’

 

‘ Soo why we didn’t see you earlier? ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Oh, I was in the room upstairs. I wanna give a surprise to Yoong ’ Soo smiles while wrapping her arms around Yoong’s waist

 

‘ Yoong didn’t know you are here ’ Sica asks

 

‘ No, she lied to me earlier telling be that she had a problem with the reservation so she can’t be here tonight ’ Yoong glares at Soo

 

‘ Hey I thought you are happy to see me. Ok I’m sorry for lying but I just wanna give you a surprise. Look it takes me days to finish this decoration. Am I not forgiven? ’ Soo said

 

‘ Since you decorate all this then I’m forgiving you ’ Yoong said

 

During this time YulSic is looking at them jealously

 

‘ Do you like the surprise? ’ Yoong heard Sojin voice and when she turns back she saw her parents and the Choi’s family walking toward them

 

‘ You all know she is here tonight ’ Yoong asks

 

‘ Yes ’ Tae said

 

‘ Well we all comes back in Seoul the same day as you. But we take our private plane that’s why you didn’t see us ’ Siwon smiles

 

Yoong looks at Soo but just receive a shrug from Soo.

 

‘ Oh..I forget to introduce ’ mr. Im starts to introduce the Choi’s family and the Kwon’s family

 

‘ Choi? ’ mr. Kwon asks

 

‘ Oh…….. Soo’s family owns the C&C Corporation ’ mr. Im said

 

‘ We receive an invitation for the C&C Corporation 35th anniversary ’ mrs. Kwon said

 

‘ I don’t know we are business partner. What a coincidence? ’ mr. Choi said

 

While their parents talk to each other, YulSic follows Yoong and the rest to the couch.
