On our way back to my dorm, I wouldn't say it was awkward but the silence was definitely getting to me more than I liked.
"Sehun?" I took a peak, speaking softly as if I was testing waters, but no luck. The boy seemed like he was off in his own world.
I waved a hand in front of his face, hoping that that could get his attention. But again, nothing.
Finally, I called him the one name that he would always get irritated with. "Hunhun~”
Sehun's head snapped towards me faster than lighten and threw me a disapproving look before looking away again.
"Oh, finally! Alas!" I faked a cheer and laughed. "What were you thinking so hard about?"
Without turning back to look at me, he replied, "Nothing."
When we finally got to my dorm, as soon as I opened the door, an overly excited Luhan attacked me with an unbreakable hug. Somehow, I got used to Luhan's constant skinship and sudden hugs. Sehun, on the other end, wasn't. He frowned at this strange boy.
Luhan seemed to finally notice his presence in the room. What Luhan did next surprised me. He let go of me and stepped in between Sehun and I in a protective stance.
"Dogs." I scoffed and pushed Luhan to the side to step forward. In which surprised Luhan more than I thought it could, concerning his face of shock when I pushed him. "Luhan, you remember Sehun, right?"
Luhan looked displeased at the fact that I didn't let him protect me and simply nodded.
"Let's go in, then." I took off my shoes and stepped in, followed by the two males behind me.
I collapsed face up onto my bed and exhaled, "I'm so tired."
Luhan followed me and stood on the side of the bed with an uneasy look on his face. I sat up, giving him a questioning look and asked what was wrong, but with no reply.
Sehun, Luhan and myself gather at the small table in the kitchen. I was pouring juice into mugs at the counter, while the two boys sat at the table awkwardly facing each other with no words spoken. Or should I say, Luhan sat there awkwardly while Sehun eyed him suspiciously. The scene looked more like an interrogation rather than a friendly gathering.
"Here you are," I passed out the mugs to the two boys and sat down along with them. "How have you been today, Luhan?" I took a sip of the sweet beverage.
Luhan's eyes flickered to mine for only a moment before looking back at Sehun. "Fine."
Wow, dry. I thought. It wasn't like Luhan to give such sort one word answers. Whenever I asked him how his day was, he could usually tell me how boring it was and whine about how I should stay home with him. Never just fine.
"Okay, so..." I trailed off, not knowing how I would begin this, "I told Sehun about everything."
Luhan looked back at me, but not in shock but in suspicion. "Why?"
I frowned. "Well, he was suspecting something was going on already, so I just told him." I confessed, then slowly added, " and I was hoping Sehun could help you enroll into the university..."
This time, Sehun turned towards and looked at me with a surprised look on his face. A mixture of both shock and anger. "Was that your plan this whole time?"
”No! Of course not!" I raised my hands up in defense. "but since I knew I was g
