They stay like that for a moment. Chanyeol praying to whatever God is up there just so Kyungsoo won’t realize how fast and how hard his heart is beating.

He wants to stay like that forever. Kyungsoo in his arms. It feels like this is what supposed to happen. Kyungsoo in his arms. Because he could and still can be his home. He’ll be his haven.

He’s too late. Too late to realize; he likes this guy enveloped in his arms. Why Chanyeol always make everything complicated? He could have just told Kyungsoo right? He likes him. Maybe Kyungsoo will say yes, maybe he won’t. But it, right? If Kyungsoo say ‘no’ he could just shrug it off, right?

“Chanyeol, ‘m sorry, but....could you wait in the car?”

Chanyeol is a bit taken aback by the sudden request, but he already knows he couldnt ask for more, right? So he just nodded, patted kyungsoo back and walk away leaving the latter alone.

Kyungsoo finally shows up after 10-15 minutes, his clothes are smeared with dirt, hands are obviously have been used to dig some dirt. “Done?” Chanyeol tried to play it cool, because it pierces his heart to see that Kyungsoo eyes are a bit swollen and his nose is red, he cried, obviously.

“I am sorry, i’m a mess, right?”

“well, if your definition of mess is covered in dirt with swollen eyes, yes. You are a mess”

Kyungsoo smiled weakly, “i am hungry, lets go eat something good, and head home,okay
