QUICK APPLY TO MULTIPLE CHAPTERS

The information in this section is useful for stories with many chapters (10+). If you wish to apply a layout to multiple chapters but fear all the work (clicking 'change layout,' scrolling/clicking in order to find the right layout, then click again to apply it, and repeating the process for every other chapter), here is a quick solution:

1. Click on the chapter that you want to apply the layout to (not your editing mode). Scroll down to the end of your chapter (before the comments begin) and click the green "change layout."

You will be directed to the page titled "Layouts." It will show you all the layouts you own. Find the layout you wish to apply and right-click "Activate for Chapter" button to bring up more options. Find the option "copy link address" or similar and click it to copy link.

2. Right-click an empty address bar in your browser and paste the link.

you will notice the address will have these components:

http://www.asianfanfics.com/layout/activate_chapter_layout/642902/1/1960

story ID#/story chapter #/layout ID#

Pasting the link and then hitting ENTER will apply the layout to chapter 1.

3. Paste the link again. This time, change the story chapter # to 2 and hit ENTER. The layout will be applied to chapter 2.

Do so for all the chapters you wish to apply the layout to.

Examples:

This link: http://www.asianfanfics.com/layout/activate_chapter_layout/642902/1/1960 will apply the layout ID#1960 to chapter 1 of the story with ID#642902.

This link: http://www.asianfanfics.com/layout/activate_chapter_layout/642902/2/1960 will apply the layout ID#1960 to chapter 2 of the story with ID#642902.

This link: http://www.asianfanfics.com/layout/activate_chapter_layout/642902/99/1960 will apply the layout ID#1960 to chapter 99 of the story with ID#652902.

This link: http://www.asianfanfics.com/layout/activate_chapter_layout/642902/102/1960 will apply the layout ID#1960 to chapter 102 of the story with ID#652902.

Paste link, change number, hit enter. It is much faster than doing it the regular way.

Hello! I'm using Nihilism for my story and I have it covered BUT I can't change the alignment of the texts. I want it some center-aligned and some, left-aligned so is there a way to make that possible? Thank you! :))

Chapter 30: I still cant get rid of the contentid things even after reading the QA session :(
