Have you ever felt pitiful toward yourself? Whether its because of not being popular or being the only hard-working one in the family, being poor or without family. Some people are born with destined misery and misfortune and can't change that.   Some years ago there was a little boy that had been abandoned by his birth mother the day he was born. He was about six months old when a women came by the orphanage and saw him, she completely fell for him. The other women before her never even took a second glance since the nanny who took care of him said he was obnoxious and annoying, but that wasn’t true. This particular women who came one day never followed what others said and for the first time since birth, the baby smiled. He giggled in her arms and looked absolutely adorable. The women immediately filed for an adoption and took the baby home to raise as her own. Though there was an unhappy person waiting at home. The woman's husband didn't approve of adopting, but he was oblivious to his wife's inability to conceive. He didn't know and didn't bother to ask, he assumed. As his new parents argued about keeping him or returning him, the baby slept through the arguments and being an infant he didn't understand. It was fortunate he didn't.   "It's okay my son..."the women crooned. She held her sleeping baby and cradled him with great care.    After the serious argument about the decision of adopting. Her husband filed for a divorce. It didn't faze her decision to raise the baby she'd adopted, she was only more determined to build a good life for him. When he turned two, misfortune struck. His mother had entrusted her parents to care for him as she was admitted to the hospital for a long needed diagnosis, it was later announced that she was in the last stage of lung cancer. She wasn't financially stable enough to pay for her treatments years ago, since her monetary aid walked out the door two years ago and she had devoted her life to raising her son. He'd grown up quite well and good mannered. A few short months later his mother passed away and her son was left in the hands of his maternal grandparents.   Once he was able to converse with his grandparents, his grandfather began to treat him cruelly. He was angered by his daughter dying at such a young age, he blamed the child she'd raised as her own as the reason for her death. Technically it was a reason but it was the woman's choice to upbringing the boy with everything she had, even without a father and huge amounts of money she did well. The grandfather was also extremely disappointed that his wealthy son-in-law had walked out on his daughter because they adopted. The grandmother however, took pity on the boy since he was an orphan again and she was also motherless during her childhood, so she continued what her daughter had started.   As the boy grew older, when he was mature enough to attend school like the other children his age, more life events would come as a new challenge. His grandmother happily sent him to school with appropriate materials and he always wore a bright smile as he got ready. Grandfather, being annoyed at the fact that the child was still breathing, ignored him every morning when the boy left for school. The boy waved at his grandmother who had dropped him off at school every morning and walked to class.   His teacher was a cheerful young woman with a passion for children, and he was favored by her. She liked his bright and silly personality, and the effort he put into his work. He was just a child but she saw great potential in him, he also liked her because he pictured his mother being as cheerful all the time like the teacher. A few years pass and the children begin to develop egos, the boy was now not so popular with anyone but his family. The teacher paid no attention to him at all and he was sad to see a cranky woman every morning. Frowns instead of smiles. Classmates with a more mature attitude would see him and begin to about being parentless. He responded by saying he had his grandmother, that was all he needed.   "You can't have your grandma as a parent!"they said and pushed his shoulder as they walked past him.   He couldn't fathom what they meant, his grandmother always told him that she was his guardian since his mother went to a better place. After school as he would wait for his grandmother to pick him up, a boy always stood beside
