S.A.G.E.S [directory] (hiatus)
Description
Eight random girls are bestowed upon them a magical gift. A gift to wield a specific element. But that's not all. They are also given a pair of wings to help aid them in their new journey. They have become Elemental Faeries.
They are unsure why fate has given them these new changes, but they struggle to adjust and accept it... well to a certain extent of course. Not only are they given these new changes in their life, they, too, now have to keep this new identity a secret from their close loved ones. It isn't exactly safe for them to be revealed just as of yet, that is, or never.
Soon enough, they are approach by a complete and total stranger telling them to attend a school call S.A.G.E.S in a place called Elysion, out of the blue. The academy's name standing for Specializing in Advanced and Gifted Education for the Supernatural. By attending this institution they will be able to find others just like them and learn how to honed their new found ability.
Also to be able to feel at ease and not always feeling paranoid, either. The mysterious stranger gives them a few days to think it over before they would come back again to hear what the girls would decide to do. If they decide to accept their new fate, that is. They still think it's all a dream and that they'll wake up soon.
Eventually, they each choose to attended S.A.G.E.S not only because they can't control their new powers, but because they want to know the truth as they've been kept in the dark about their true identity all of their lives. They did wake up, but not to what it was before. Instead, it's to a reality check of the truth of what was kept from them.
Anyways, once they step foot onto the campus' ground, they find one another and learned that the other is also an Elemental Faerie. With this new relevation they give thanks to that, as their journey of having someone else like them with the same secret is a lot more comforting now. Do join the girls on their new destiny together.
Because... evil will rise and strike knowing that the eight Elemental Faeries have finally been awaken.
Foreword
Alright, I was going through my many notebooks that i would usually write about random things and my imagination and came upon this idea. This idea was idle for the past 7 years.... that's a long time. lol Anyways, thought i would try something with it since... well time have passed and things should be clearer now... i think. lol well, first off, this story is like based upon a lot of the magical girl anime and manga. especially like Sailor Moon, Tokyo Mew Mew, and etc. I just gave it a twist of making each girl to one element but also being a fairy, or faerie in this term, as well... and you know, living a normal, human life as much as possible while trying to you know, keep their secret identity hidden as well with battling style of Final Fantasy and the likes. lol so yeah... that's about it. thanks! =] oh, and i'm going to make it like an AU kind of world.... like they are like all one race and live in a world with only a few regions and what not. lol if that makes any sense. XD
