Did Luhan Just Kidnap a Stranger?

Don't Love Me, You'll Regret It

Nothing too dramatic happens in this chapter... It's mostly a filler xD next chapter will have a lot of stuff though <3 Please enjoy~

“Class, we have an exchange student.  She is from Korea, so if she has any problems adjusting to life here in China, please help her.  Please welcome Miss Jung Yun Hee,” the teacher announced to the class.  Lu Han looked up from desk.  Korea? He had always wanted to study in Korea… Maybe this girl would be able to teach him some Korean?  He looked at the doorway, waiting for the new student to enter the classroom.

A short girl with jet black hair walked into the classroom hesitantly.  Her cheeks were a healthy pink, soft and round.  Lu Han leaned his head on his hand while staring at the new arrival.  He hoped that she would be able to sit in the empty seat behind him, but it seemed that their teacher had other ideas.

“You can sit right there,” the teacher said, while pointing to a seat on the other side of the room from Lu Han.  Lu Han let out a soft sigh, and stared at his desk.  “I’ll just talk to her later,” he mumbled, while the students sitting in the transfer student’s area began introducing themselves.

At lunch break, Lu Han tried to search for the new student, but she was nowhere to be found.  He moved to the area where most kids were eating lunch.  “Go back to your home country,” he heard someone growl from behind him.  He whipped his head around to find several bulky guys surrounding the girl with jet black hair.

Lu Han, being not as strong as his classmates, stood and watched the group of people for a few minutes.  He heard insults after insults being flung at the girl, and he wanted to go help her.  “Get lost,” a taller upperclassman said while shoving the girl aside.  She collapsed to the floor with tears forming in her eyes.  Lu Han wanted to help so badly, but he didn’t know how.  The girl slowly stood up and brushed the dirt from her skirt.  Without saying a word, she ran as fast as she could to the back of the school.  Lu Han followed her while trying not to be seen.  He heard her sit down beside the dumpster.  Just as he was about to approach her, he heard an angelic voice singing a nursery rhyme.  “Out in the forest, early in the morning…” the girl sang.  She closed her eyes as a warm tear dripped down her cheek.  “See the little deer, prancing to and fro.”  Lu Han sat down on the concrete next to her, trying not to make any noise.  “First he eats some leaves, and then he eats some berries,” she sang quietly, using her hand to wipe her tears.  “Munch munch, crunch crunch, off he goes,” the girl finished singing, and Lu Han clapped softly, breaking the girl from her trance.

“That was really nice,” Lu Han said, complimenting the young girl’s singing.

“I didn’t see you there!” the girl exclaimed in Chinese, standing up abruptly and covering her crimson cheeks.  Lu Han furrowed his eyebrows then smiled warmly at her.

“My name is Lu Han, it’s nice to meet you,” he introduced himself in Korean.  The girl raised her eyebrow at the boy who was obviously Chinese.  How could he speak Korean?  He sensed her bewilderment, and chuckled softly.  “I can’t speak much,” he confessed to her in Chinese and she nodded.

“I’m Jung Yun Hee,” she mumbled, bowing her head.  Lu Han offered her his hand and grinned widely to show his white teeth.

“Hi Yun Hee.  Want to eat lunch with me?  I know a place on campus where you can see the forest from,” he said excitedly as she took his hand.  Yun Hee nodded hesitantly as Lu Han began to lead her towards a bench on the boundaries of the school.

“Luhan, what did you do to her?!” Baekhyun exclaimed, peeking at the unconscious girl on Luhan’s lap.   Luhan frowned and brushed some hair out of Yun Hee’s face.

“I didn’t do anything! She just fainted,” Luhan said while shrugging.  Baekhyun rolled his eyes and sighed.

“Aigoo, what will we do with you Luhan…. Kidnapping strangers and bringing them to our dorm,” Baekhyun said with a hint of annoyance in his voice.  Luhan bit his lip and shook his head.

“She’s not a stranger,” he stated while continuing to hold Yun Hee close.  Baekhyun sent him a look that said, ‘whatever’ which caused Luhan to shrug.  The car stopped abruptly, and their manager got out quickly.

“You guys go on inside,” the manager said while opening the door for the boys.  “I need to make sure that no one was following us,” he said while ushering the EXO members out of the car.  Luhan held onto Yun Hee tightly as he exited the car and began to walk to the door carefully.  He didn’t want to kill both of them by slipping on a piece of ice.  After all, he’s been searching for the girl for years.  It would be a shame if both of them died before they got the chance to talk.

“You can bring her to your bedroom,” Kris grunted while holding the door open for everyone.  The EXO members shuffled into the dorm like penguins, happy to escape from the cold.  Luhan brought the unconscious girl to his room and set her gently down on the bed.  He didn’t want to remove her gloves or coat because he feared she would become cold.  Luhan pressed his hand against her forehead, checking to see if she had a fever.

“Hannie?” she whispered, her eyes blinking slowly.  Luhan immediately felt his heart race again, and he leaned down to hear her voice better.  Luhan waited for her to speak more, but realized that she wasn’t going to speak again for a while.  He sighed and repositioned his coat over Yun Hee, piling another blanket on top of her too.  Suddenly, a soft knock on the door was heard.

“Luhan, may I come in?” Joonmyeon could be heard from the other side of the door.  Luhan shouted out a quick yes, and Suho entered the room quickly with a warm towel and a bowl of soup.  “She most likely fainted because of shock, but Kyunggie made some soup in case she has a cold,” Joonmyeon said softly, not wanting to wake up the girl on Luhan’s bed.  Luhan nodded and whispered a quick thanks before placing the warm towel on the girl’s head.  “So this is her?” Suho questioned, taking a seat at the desk.  Luhan smiled to himself.

“Yeah, this is her.  She’s even more beautiful than how I remembered her,” he mumbled as he Yun Hee’s cheek with his thumb.  The girl moved slightly at his touch.  Suddenly, Yun Hee gripped Luhan’s wrist with her right hand.

“Don’t let them take me… I don’t want to go,” she murmured while holding onto Luhan tightly.  Suho blinked in confusion, but decided not to question her actions.

“I won’t let them take you again,” Luhan whispered while the girl’s hair gently.  Suddenly, Yun Hee released Luhan’s wrist and shot up from the bed.

“Hannie? Is that really you?” she questioned uncertainly, looking first at Luhan then around the room.  Yun Hee glanced at her hands, making sure that her gloves were in place.  Luhan nodded while smiling.  “I waited for you, but you never came!” she shouted angrily.  Joonmyeon left the room silently, beginning to feel awkward.  He didn’t want to invade their privacy, so he left to sit with the rest of the EXO members.

Luhan gently pushed Yun Hee so that she was lying back down on the bed.  “Li zi, don’t exert yourself. You might faint again,” he said softly, while tucking her back under the covers.

“I don’t want to sleep! I want you to tell me why you never came!” she said in frustration, trying to sit up again.  Luhan sighed and rubbed his temples.

“I went to the address you gave me, but no one was living there.  Is that good enough of an explanation?” Luhan said while scooping up the girl from the bed.  “Now, if you’re not going to eat and you’re not going to rest, then I have some people that I want you to meet,” he announced while carrying Yun Hee bridal style to the living room.  11 heads turned to face them as he set her down onto the sofa.

“Luhan, I think we deserve an explanation,” Kris said gruffly.  Yun Hee looked around confusedly.  She hadn’t had so many people looking at her in a long time.

“Luhan…” she mumbled the name that was almost foreign to her now, “is that what they call you here?”  Yun Hee chuckled to herself while standing up to bow to the 11 members of EXO.

“Hello, I’m Jung Yun Hee, Hannie’s childhood friend.  It’s nice to meet you!” she said with a deep bow.  Snickers were heard from around the room at Luhan’s nickname, and said blonde blushed deeply in embarrassment.  Luhan couldn’t help but feel a sharp pain in his chest when she introduced herself as a friend.  Was that all they were?  Luhan shook his head to rid his mind of all confusing thoughts.

“So….” Luhan said, trying to break the silence that filled the room.  “Should I take you home?” he asked Yun Hee.  The other members stared at the pair as if they were watching a drama.   Yun Hee nodded slightly.

“I live with my grandparents now, but I’m sure they’d love to meet you,” she said while hooking her arm with his.  “Come on little deer; I hope you can drive!” Yun Hee said while laughing.  She dragged him out the door, leaving the other EXO members sitting in shock.

“Maybe this will be good for him?” Xiumin said uncertainly.  He shrugged, and the room filled with laughter.

“It’s been a while since I’ve seen Luhan that serious though,” Tao said, moving to grab a bottle of water from the refrigerator.

“It only makes sense.  After all, his love has come back…” Joonmyeon whispered to himself.  Sehun looked at him curiously

“Hm, did you say something Suho hyung?” he asked.  All of this had happened quickly, so all of the EXO members were confused.  If Suho knew something, then Sehun was determined to pry the information out of him.

“Nah, I was just talking to myself…” Joonmyeon said while smiling kindly at the maknae.  “Hey, do you want hyung to go buy you bubble tea?” he asked Sehun, trying to draw the maknae’s attention away from this new girl and her relationship with Luhan.  Sehun’s poker face slowly turned into a wide grin at the mention of bubble tea.

“Yeah, let’s go hyung!”  Sehun said while grinning from ear to ear.  He dragged the leader out of the dorm and to their company van.  Suho sighed as he patted his worn out wallet.

“Aigoo, you’re getting skinnier every day…” he mumbled while unlocking the door of the car.  Sehun blinked and looked at his hyung.

“Me? I’m not that skinny,” he stated while sitting down in the passenger seat of the car.  Suho laughed and got into the drivers seat and started the engine.

“Whatever you say,” Joonmyeon said with a chuckle as they drove towards the bubble tea shop.
