First of all I am very sorry because I wasn't able to update (school TT.TT).....so I've prepared a new chapter about body care....hope u like it ^^
Many of us think that just showerong and applying body lotion is enough.....but what is with rest of "unimportant" parts of body ?
After showering don't dry your body with towel, leave it wet and apply thick layer of body lotion. On this way your skin will be softer and smoother. If you have very dry skin mix body oil and lotion and apply it on wet skin.
After that we should take care about elbows and knees. For brightening mix youir favourite lotion and a bit of lemon juice and gently massage elbows and knees and wrap them with plastic wrap and leave for 20 minutes. Then rinse and again apply lotion.
Use olive oil for stronger and shiny nails. If your hands are dry mix olive oil and hand cream and leave it overnight. After removing nail polish ( especially red colored nail polish) soak your nails in lemon juice. Lemon juice will remove stains from your nails and also they will be stronger.
Soak your feet into warm water and add salt. Soak your legs in bathtub for 20-30 minutes. Salt will soften your dry skin so it will be easier to remove it. On your feet, apply mixture of vaseline and honey or vaseline and olive oil. Wear socks and leave it overnight. In the morning you should have soft and beautiful feet.
Don't forget lashes especially if you wear mascara and false lashes every day. Afret removing your makeup apply castor oil for longer, thicker lashes or if you want get dark lashes apply walnut oil. Apply also moistruizer around your eyes because skin around your eyes is the thinnest so you should take really good care of your eyes.
For kissable lips try this scrub: mix honey, sugar and vaseline. Rub it on your lips and leave for 10 minutes and wipe with a towel.Apply lip balm after. Or exfoliate your lips with soft toothbrush or wet towel. You can also make your own lip balm by using bees wax and olive oil. Melt it and pour into small container.
After shaving your legs shower them with cold water and massage them with mixture of olive oil and sugar. Leave it for 5 minutes and rinse. Apply lotion. Your legs will be smooth and beautiful.
Don't forget to make scrubs and mask for your face too. Exfoliate your skin once or twice a week. The same for facial mask.( I wrote some scrubs and masks in chapter 2.)
And for hair care....choose shampoo for your hair type. And use conditioner. You can use hair masks once a week. For shiny hair mix water and apple cider vinegar. You can use it like hair conditioner. For dry hair you can apply olive oil or castor oil, then wrap your hair with plastic wrap and a towel and leave it overnight. In the morning wash your hair. Very good hair mask is this one (I prefet it ^^ ) mix 2 egg yolks, a bit lemon juice and 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix it well and apply on dry hair and leave it for 30 minutes or for an hour. Then wash your hair with your favourite shampoo. Don't wash your hair wtih hot water.
In the end stay hydrated. Drink 8 glasses a day for healthy skin and hair. <3
