Beauty secrets ^.^v ~Skin~Nails~Hair~Ulzzang~Style~Hello everyone! I know it has been a while, since the last time I uploaded anything here. But this was requested by my friend, so I am willing to share my story. I hope you will find something helpful :)
MY STORY
Everything started at the age of 12. Mostly I had blackheads on my nose, chin and under-eye area. I didn't care that much. A year later I noticed red pimples on my forehead and temples and honestly I would always squeeze them. That was really painful, but I felt contented whenever i would pick them up and feel that some zit popped. I KNOW IT IS GROSS >< Eventhough my parents would always tell me not to do that, I wouldn't listen. WRONG, please don't do the same mistakes like me.There were many commercials and ads for cleansers, different skincare products and facial masks, honestly back then I had no idea about makeup and skincare, and I would always beg my mum to buy me all those products, hoping that I would cure my skin problem. But nothing. Nothing helped and my skin only got worse. My skin was painful to touch, it was fully covered with brownish-dark red cystic acne. I didn't know anything about cystic acne and its meaning until I went to dermatologist. That was my first time visiting dermatologist. I had to take injections which contained some antibiotics, because my blood was 'poisoned'. After injections I had o take 3 different types of pills but they were so strong that i had to take them every 12 hours. My dermatologist gave me a condition. If I don't cure/stabilize my acne in period of time of 6 months that can be considered as illness I was taking different lotions and creams and I was allowed to wear any makeup or moistruizer, NO MOISTRUIZER. After a month my skin was peeling off and it was really red and swollen. But first improvements I saw after 5 months. I felt more confident. But there is one more thing, nobody had ever told me that I shouldn't use those product during the summer and strong Sun rays, I would go out like that. Sun made my skin look really red and itchy and my acne came back again...so I had to use the same product again and believe me it took a real toll to improve my skin. Now, I am 18 years old and I am finally free from acne. And now throughtout those 6 years I realised what is good for my skin and let me tell you natural skincare and small, life changing tips are the best.
MY SKINCARE ROUTINE
Morning: I wash my face with luke warm water, but I don't use a towel to dry my skin. I simply pat my skin with my palm to secure the natural moisture and oils in my skin. When my skin is slightly damp I apply some moistruizer, after a minute or two, I apply the second layer of my moistruizer (I only do that when it is winter time to prevent cracking and drying of my skin). When everything is absorbed nicely, I apply a layer of sunscreen lotion with SPF 30
TIP: Choose the moistruizer according to your skin type and if you feel that one layer of moistruizer is enough for you don't apply more, also you can go up to 3 layers of moistruizer. If you notice that you need more than 3 layers then you should buy another moistruizer because it is 'weak' for you.
Afternoon: When I get back from school I wash my face with water to remove the dirt and oils and reapply the moistruizer. If I feel that my skin is tired or breaking out I apply a facial mask.
TIP: I would recommend yogurt face mask. It is easy, just apply a thick layer of yogurt and leave it for 30 mins. Yogurt can help your skin to get brighter, makes your skin look fresher, clears your skin and recudes acne scars.
Evening: If I wear makeup I use olive oil to remove my makeup. I massage the oil for 5 mins and rinse it off well. Again I don't use a towel, I just apply a thick layer of mostruizer on my face and neck area. After that I do facial massage for 10 mins and that is it.
TIP: Don't do facial massage when you are sick, especially if you do lymphatic massage, because it can make your skin look more swollen. It is improtant to drink some warm water before doing the massage to flush out the toxins from your body through the kidneys and then urine. I recommed doing these:

> As you can see I don't use foaming cleansers, I just don't find them suitable for my skin. Toners as well. My skincare is very simple but the results are amazing. THE LESS IS MORE :) Make sure to organize your skincare and decide what is good for your skin, body and health.<
MY 10 TIPS FOR BETTER HEALTH / BODY / SKIN
1. Always start your day wiith a glass of warm water, lemonade or any freshly squeezd juice of your choice. My favourites are lemon, red grapefruit and orange. Drinking warm water or juice can help you to feel refreshed and less swollen after your sleep. It speeds your metabolism as well.

6. Exercise for 30 mins every day or every other day
7. Applying some glycerin to your shampoo or body lotion can prevent your skin from drying and it keeps it look younger and brighter and your hair will grow faster and you can reduce split ends and damaged hair.
8. If you don't want to do any strict diet, just don't eat dinner and avoid sweets, if you feel hunger drink a glass of water-
