Hair-dying
Beauty secrets ^.^v ~Skin~Nails~Hair~Ulzzang~Style~
Hello, my lovlies, first of all thank you for supporting even when I wasn't table to upload NEW chapters. So, today I am going to talk about hair. HAIR-DYING
If you want to change your hair color for the first time, PLEASE, don't do it by yourself. Ask for help from your mother/ sister/friend/hair dresser...a person who has an experience in hair-dying.
But, before you start, you should pay attention on this:
1) Skin tone
-Light skin: human skin color which has a little bit eumelanin pigmentation. Light skin is found amongst people of Europe and East Asia. Today light/ fair skin is considered very beautiful. Bad thing about this tone is that it burns easily. So don't forget sunscreen with high SPF. This skin tone suits any hair color
-Olive skin: often found amongst people from Middle East, Southern Europe, Latin America, some parts of Africa (often North Africa), India. This tone doesn't burn or burns but very rarely and tans quite easily. Olive skin tone suits best dark hair colors. You should never choose light/blonde because it looks fake.
-Yellow skin: if your skin is yellow be careful with orange, yellow, gold tones. Deep reds and dark browns looks better.
2) Undertones - very helpful when it comes to choosing right makeup (powders and eyeshadows), hair colors and clothes.
Cool undertone:
- veins are bluish, eyes are blue, grey or green while hair has violet or ash undertones, naturally dark, brown and blonde, when it comes to jewelry if silver, platinum or white gold suits you better you have cool undertone.
-if your skin looks pink or blue you are cold toned
Warm undertone:
- veins are yellow or green, eyes usually hazel, amber, brown or black and hair black, brown or blonde with yellow, gold, red, orange undertone, jewelry what suits you is yellow gold.
-if your skin looks peachy or yellowish you are warm toned
Neutral:
-veins are purple or mix green and blue or you can't decide the right color. If your undertone is neutral, you are lucky because everything suits you well, skin tone usually looks greenish next to white color.
Right hair color for you
Brown:
-if your hair is dry and damage brown color reflects sun light well so it "covers" those imperfections, also if your hair color is mousy brown now, change can make you look fresher.
Red:
-there is a shade of red which suits everyone, but you always have to be sure that matches with your skin tone---> if your skin is pink or cool, you can pull purple-red or dark cool red well, girls with olive or gold skin look good with dark red-brown hair and one more if your hair is dry, you will have hard time with red because if you don't take a proper hair care, color will fade away.
Blonde:
-warmer skin tones suit golden blonde, while cool tones cold ashy tones, if you are neutral you can pull any loo, all I can say is blonde is usually very difficult to maintain because of regular toning and root touch-ups.
Black:
-girls with dark/olive skin look best with black hair, also once you dye your hair black it's impossible to dye your hair in other color without damaging.
Silver or white:
-if you want this color, you should take very good hair care, get used on frequent visiting to your hair dresser...after all, if you want to change your hair color be prepared on short hair because this style usually brings a lot damage to your hair, this color is recommended to girls who have cool under tone or pink skin
Hair care:
-always wash your hair with warm water, but let the last rinse be cool/cold-this trick make your hair thicker and shinier
-use a shampoo according to your hair type (greasy, dry, damaged, colored), shampoo your hair twice
-only apply conditioner on the ends of your hair, NO roots
-once a week apply a good hair mask
-if your scalp is sensitive after washing your hair, rinse your hair with cool green tea
-don't brush your hair while it's wet, because you want to avoid damaging
-always dry your hair, it's important because of your health, if you don't do that your can suffer from headache, flu/cold, also bacteria can develop much quicker on wet hair, what brings many scalp problems
when you dry your hair make sure that distance between blow-dryer and you hair is about 30 cm
