YG had all the boy groups do their evaluations first today.

While me and my team were sitting on the ground with all the other female trainees, the boys were in panic mode.

A few teams had their evaluations and I couldn't help notice that Mr.Yang was acting all cold and strict to them.

So this was why my team were so nervous.

When a team named 'Team B' was called, I looked up and locked eyes with a handsome creature.

I couldn't take my eyes away. His small shining eyes were mesmerizing.

Finally after what seemed like 100 years, he looked away, making me follow his presence.

I looked away and nudged Jieun, who was beside of me, asking the name of the boy.

"Ohhh, looks like Jihwe got her eyes on someone"

I smacked her in the arm.

"I was just curious"

"Every love story starts like that." she blinked her eyes cutely which was not while I rolled my eyes.

I rested my head on my palm while looking at Team B's performance.

Okay okay. So I was actually looking at him, not the team.

"His name is Jinhwan," Jieun was smiling brightly at me.

"What about the others?"

I was trying to hide the fact that I only had eyes for that Jinhwan guy.

"That's Hanbin, the leader. Bobby, Junhwe. That's Donghyuk, Yunhyeong." Jieun explained while pointing at them.

I nodded quietly.

Their performance was ty according to YG.

I flinched at his harsh comments. Man, that YG got some attitude.

Next up was our team. It was funny how other teams all had their names but ours was Jieun's team.

Oh well, at least it stood out.

With nervous hearts we walked towards the chairs that were prepared.

"So your song today Jieun-ssi?" YG asked without even looking up from that piece of paper.

"Taylor Swift's back to december sir"

"You may begin"

I was kind of worried I would mess up.

Thoughts of failure spread into me.

What if I got kicked out? It was just the start of my third week!

I looked towards left, the trainees.

They were all judging silently by the side.

I heard whispers talking about me, the new face.

What if I would get teased by them?

But then I saw Jinhwan.

He smiled at me.

He smiled at me.

I fixed up my thoughts and turned towards the front.

Confidence kicked the fear of failure away.

Our performance started and ended swiftly.

Now it was all up to the dance.

I hope I do well. I had to.

I had to make it up to the role of a main dancer.

At the last beat I heaved out a sigh of relief.

I got passed all of it, without mistakes.

"Come.", YG's stern voice rang in the silent room.

I walked to the front with my team mates and tried it balance my breathing.

"Jieun, job well done. This is the best performance I've seen today."

"Baek Jihwe is it?"

My heart stopped. My mind went blank.

"Baek Jihwe?"

"Ah..yes." I nodded and bowed.

"Came into the group a few weeks ago I see...", YG looked down at his piece of paper.

"Brush up on your vocals, other than that nothing else. I was quite surprised at your level of talent Jihwe. I hope to see more improvement next time." , YG looked at me and said.

I nodded and slightly bowed at him.

"Yes I will work hard sir." I said with all smiles.

We then hurried back to our seats with sweaty bodies.

Many glares were sent our ways and in fact especially my way. I could feel a hole burning right through me.

But then I felt a pat on my head.

"Job well done maknae."

I looked up and smiled, "Thanks Seohee."

Seohee was the oldest in the group. But she doesn't seem like one she has such a squishy baby face.

Seohee was the first person who talked to me when I first came to YG. Seohee was a kind and caring unnie everyone would love.

After all the teams had done YG called up all the trainees to the front.

"So for the next monthly evaluation, me and your trainers decided  to do something special."

This doesn't sound good.

"You will be teamed up into pairs with a person from another group"

This is bad. I don't even know anyone.

"It will be 1 male 1 female."

This is just-

"I'll pick the song, you guys do the work."

And by that he started calling out the pairs.

YG and his brilliant ideas.

This is too much.

"Baek Jihwe."

I put up my hand and stood up.

"Kim Jinhwan."

I looked at him, he looked at me.

THIS ISN'T HAPPENING.

"Troublemaker."
