The school orientation ended and I had to find my new apartment, I really didn't need one actually because I can just commute to and fro school but my dad wouldn't let me because he's scared that I might get kidnapped or get or something.

I can take care of my own but I just had said yes to his wish because I didn't want him to worry.

I'm so tired..

I traveled from my hometown to to this city. The trip was hours away and the next morning was the orientation so sleep wasn't part of the whole trip. 

"How about my apartment?"

"Sounds great.." a couple bumped into me

"Watch were you're going!" The girl shouted at me

How rude..

I raised my eyebrow at her and the guy was checking me out.

"Hey." he nodded at me. 

What the hell?

"Sorry.." I bowed at them and walked away I just had to shrug it because I didn't want any trouble right now. 

"Here are your keys, What's your name again?" The owner of the building looked really young.

"Amber Liu." I looked at my keys it had a keychain with the numbers 189 engraved on it.

"Did you by any chance get a scholarship at this school?"

"Yeah, how did you know?"

"I always check who're the new students that will be renting in my building. Especially the scholarship students. I'm Daniel." He smirked at me and leaned on his counter

"Aren't you a little too young to be an owner of this tall building?"

"My dad gave me this as a gift." I observed the design of the building

"Wow." and I whistled.

"Like it?"

"I feels like home." I smiled

"Thanks, Why don't I help you with your luggages?" I chuckled

"Thanks."  Daniel opened the door for me and when I went inside the place looked cool.

"Each room has a different color of wallpaper, this one is apple green. Is the color okay?" He pulled my bags and placed it in the living room. I looked at every corner and it feels nice then I nodded

"Yeah, it's an awesome color. Very unique." Then he showed me the other rooms

"Here is the kitchen, The bathrooms are over there, there are two; one near the kitchen and one inside you and your room mate's room." He lead me to anothere room "here is your room, This side is your room mate's." I jumped on the bed it was near the window that can be sat on.

"Your room mate isn't home yet, her name's Suzy she's.. two years older than you? I think? She's been dying to see her new room mate and kept forcing me to tell who. She's nice don't worry. Well, I better go now. If you need anything just call me." he winked at me and I laughed at him

"Do you treat every girl like this?" I put my hands on my waist and raised my eyebrow at him

"Not all girls, I choose the ones that are interesting." He grinned then left the room. 

"Alright. Time to settle in.. But first I need a rest." I was really tired and it was only 2:30pm.

I wanted to go look around but my feet wouldn't let me so I laid in bed

"I'll fix my things later.." I yawned then closed my eyes and went off to dreamland.
