Yoseob isn't like a normal werewolf.

No he's much more special but nobody knows....... yet .......

He and his sister, Joaen, are so to speak... different...

They both go to a training camp that doesn't accept full human beings...

All who go are either half or not even human.

All go at a certain age in a point of time.

This camp is to train all of werewolves and vampires who are in the coming of age or who are already at that age to control themselves at all times. Note that each family has a different age time when they get their full powers. We, councillors, respect parent's wishes about their child but no camper get special treat, all are treated the same. Here everyone is like a family and must work together in training, even if their partner is different than them.
