I think the cutest couple story I've heard was a friend of mine, hyosung  who lived way far away from college. She was gone all Christmas break and she really missed her boyfriend lee kikwang. When she came back her sister's fiance was supposed to pick her up at the airport with her sister then drive the hour and a half back to the school, but as

a surprise her boyfriend showed up too. Unfortunately on the plane she had become really sick and was throwing up like crazy. He was so sweet about the whole thing- he ran in Walmart before the long drive back from the airport and got her a bucket and held her hair. When they got back to the dorm he set up a place for her to lay on the floor and would not leave her side and just took care of her.

I think that's what really caring about someone is, he had absolutely nothing to gain (she was clearly a little gross at the time) but he still wanted to be with her anyways just to make her burden a little lighter.
