► Event #2  —  Shelter.

“ So, I came fully prepared. ” Suho admitted. He was fully prepared of dying on this so-called suicide island he had no idea existed in real. He had army knives, lots of different snacks, jackets, umbrella, ten lighters, compass and a pair of shoes to change into.

“ So did I, I signed the contract myself. But I regret it now. ” Kris had a bitter smile on his face, showing a rather killing aura. He unpacked his bag as well, he had bottles to fill water with, a black cap, lighters and a large sheet. Everyone had lighters, unexpectedly. This team was more than fully prepared, but this island isn't to be taken lightly.

“ So . . . What are we going to do now ? ” Chen broke the silence into pieces. Luhan got up on his knees.

“ Of course will we be building our own piece of house with these woods and grass, like in the movies. ” Xiumin beamed. Chen who knew Xiumin smacked his head at the carefree idea. Luhan chuckled and pointed at the building.

“ We're not going to waste energy and time on building a piece of trash. This is no movie, this is reality. ” Luhan started to walk blindly towards the building. 

“ This is not the reality I wanted. ” Chanyeol sighed and kept the pace with Luhan's. Without any voting or hesitation had Luhan already become the team's leader. Luhan's knowledge of this kind of scenarios was remarkable. They could not do anything else but to trust him. But they didn't trust each other, only the leader. 

“ Why did you attempt suicide? ” Chanyeol asked Luhan as they walked up the green hill. Luhan shrugged his shoulders. 

“ Life isn't worthy my time. Life is just a joke. ” Luhan blurt out. Chanyeol nodded, he somehow understood Luhan. Chanyeol turned his head to Rin, waiting for an answer. Rin frowned deeply, wondering what to say. 

“ I didn't attempt suicide once. ” Rin continued her pace with a firm stare. Chanyeol chuckled. 

“ No way, I bet you did. How come you're here? ” Chanyeol questioned, it made sense. What would someone who had no intentions of committing suicide taken to the 'Suicide Island' ? Tao nodded, he knew who Rin was. 

“ I know Rin a little bit, I can only side with her now. She had a very nice life. A boyfriend, money, job, hobbies and family. She have everything. She has no reason for suicide. ” Tao defended. Rin was surprised, this was the first time she heard Tao speak up with such a voice and with confidence. 

“ That's weird, indeed. ” Eric agreed and eye smiled, which freaked Rin out. Rin was curious on the reasons why the rest tried to commit suicide but did not ask anyone about it. Rin pouted, how could these handsome men actually think of suicide. But something started to touch her memories, a face. 

She inspected the face closely, she gaped as she saw what person she was in the team with. A former professional baseball player! The rising rookie was next to her! She took Kai's hands with the most wide eyes of admire. Kai blinked with surprise as he stared down at Rin. 

“ I'm a big fan! ” Rin stated out to Kai. Kai scratched his head and smiled awkwardly. 

“ My arm can't perform like it did during my wonderful days. ” Kai flinched at the memories of the day he broke his arm. 

“ Don't mind the baseball, your effort, your grace on the pitch, the competitive aura and the admiringly hard life you shared with the people of Korea was wonderful. ” Rin smiled whole heartedly, the first warm smile Rin ever made since she arrived on the island was directed to Kai. Kai blushed slightly at the words. 

He usually heard words like handsome, pro baseball player and y from girls. It was his first time hearing such wonderful words, it was as if she could read into his mind and find the words he wanted to hear. Kai ruffled his hair to get rid of the sweat that gathered there. 

“ Here it is. ” Kris looked up at the tall building, it looked like it was on the verge on falling down. But it was better than nothing. They were all careful with what they touched, they did not want any strange diseases or some weird dirt on their skin. 

“ We'll be sleeping on the roof. ” Luhan tried to open the door, he forcibly tried to take down the door made of wood but no success at all.
