Foreword
♚One Rainy Night....
It was just another day in Kris’ life. It was always the same and nothing really ever changed. It started the same and ended the same and Kris was blandly tired of all of it.
Tired of waking up.
Tired of working.
Tired of Kiara throwing herself at him.
Tired of every bull thing that just didnt go right.
Sighing softly to himself, Kris rubbed his temples as he barely listened to the woman in front of him. Kiara was going on and on about something that went wrong in accounting and how Mina couldnt do anything right. Kris glanced up at the blabbering woman before picking up his briefcase and heading out of his office, not even knowing why he listed to the girl for that long.
Standing outside of his office building, Kris sighed softly to himself. The sounds of the street helping him become somewhat content and mellow. Walking in the direction of his home, since he didnt live to far from his building. his bottom lip, his mind went through the various events of the day.
Of course, nothing interesting that he’d bother to remember.
A soft sound of thunder irrupted over Kris, and before the blonde could react, rain soon followed. Kris sighed out softly before shaking his head.
Just his luck, eh?
Allowing the cold rain water to soak him, he sped up his pace. Hoping to get home faster so he wouldnt have to worry about anything else going wrong. After all, he never did anything bad to anyone. He just stayed off to himself and ignored the bull. Apparently, Karma didnt really like him today.
Arriving at his home, he quickly unlocked the door before stepping inside. Throwing his briefcase on the couch before stripping off his wet clothes. Walking up the stairs and into his room, Kris set his wet clothing in the corner before walking into the bathroom and turning on the water. While waiting for the water to warm up he heard a noise. A soft, faint scratching...
What the was that?
Kris furrowed his brow before walking out of the bathroom and listening closely to his surroundings.
Where was that noise coming from?
He bit his bottom lip before slowly slipping on a robe and walking down stairs, making sure to make his steps quiet and light. He didnt want to scare whoever was making that noise, because he was curious himself.
Walking into his living room, he looked around before his eyes came to the front door. Approaching the door to his home, the scratching got louder and louder with each step. Raising a brow, Kris slowly opened the door.
And sitting there, on his welcome mat.
Soaked to the bone.
Was a small cat boy.
Wait, what?
A cat boy?
