Beautiful Days“Oh annyeong haseyo Minho-ssi and welcome Jung Corporation!” she said and shake hands with him
He looked at her with interest, and she can’t help but to feel conscious, so she withdrew her hands and ushered him to sit down
“Well honestly, I’m also new here as a Marketing Director, so let’s Help each other! ne? I saw your CV and said that you’re experienced in Marketing Field, so please guide me too” she smile
“My pleasure Seohyun-ssi”
He seems friendly though, she felt comfortable already. Knowing that he’s the same age as her but he’s older for just few months, she freely talked to him and enjoyed the interview.
They’re still conversing when Juniel knocked on the door and reminded them of lunch break. She hastily stood up and prepared her meeting with the new CEO of Jung’s Corporation.
“See you later Seohyun-ssi” he said, saluting
“Ne~ Minho-ssi” she copied him

“Sajangnim, the new Marketing Director wants to meet you” Yujin said on the line
“But it’s already lunch time!” he exasperatedly said
“Well then, I’ll just tell her-“
“no. no. let her come in then. I’ll just talk to her in a few minutes”
“Ne sajangnim”
It’s just lunch break and he felt like it was already night, his first day as the CEO is so stressful, from workloads, flirty staffs and most of all, his Pretty wife is not answering his calls and even text message and its frustrating the hell out of him
“Sajangnim, the Marketing Director is here” Yujin peeked at the door
“Let her in”
He was picking up the ballpen that fell under his desk
“Annyeong haseyo Sajangnim” That voice, his eyes widen. He hastily got up and knocked his head on the table in the process
“WIFE!!!” he stood up and run to her to hug her, but she stepped backward and told him to keep a distance
“wae?? I thought your visiting me??” he pouted, itching to just grab her
“Didn’t you here your Y secretary? The Marketing Director is here”
“Where is she by the way? I thought she’s meeting me?” he looked at the door curiously
“Pabo!” she hit his head playfully
“wae??” he shouted, fixing his hair
“I’m the new Marketing Director. Obviouslyyyy” she giggled, seeing him, flabbergasted.
“jinjja?!” that infamous bursting cheeks appeared, lightening his awhile ago gloomy face.
“but” she said, testing his mood
“but?”
“let’s sit down first” she walked towards his desk when she heard a lock sound
“Mwoya?! Why did you lock it Jung Yong Hwa??”
“uhmm. To have privacy?” he smiled mischievously
“yah! Just sit here”
“Ahrasseo Nae sarang~” he crooned
“So here’s the thing… YAH!” she slapped his hand that’s crawling up her bare shoulder. She’s wearing a black off-shoulder knee length dress, adorned with a gold thin belt, hair in a messy bun, and those killer heels that makes her endless legs more sinfully attractive.
“sarang-ah! This is the last time you’ll wear something like that!” he pointed out
“ahrasseo~ but hear me out first!” she said, fidgeting in her seat, looking at her hands
“What is it?”
“Omma… Omma said, we should hide our real status”
“mwo?! Why is that?” he asked, annoyed.
“To avoid all those gossip?”
“But-“
“I won’t get to work here if we let them know about our marriage Babe” she said matter-of-factly
“Then your back on being SEO JOO HYUN?” he asked and sighed
“When we’re in the company, yes.”
“Will you still wear your ring?” he asked, eyes hopeful.
“ofcourse I will! Pabo! How bout you? Will you take it off?”
“Hell no!” he said with conviction
Just then a knock stopped their conversation. He stood up and unlocked the door, and found his secretary looking at him with those flirty eyes that Seohyun can’t help but to feel annoyed.
“Sajangnim I thought you’re gonna talk to her in a few minutes only?” her secretary said in a sickening sweet voice
“Ah, w-well”
“Well I’m about to go” she stood up, sashaying towards them, hips swaying as she looked at her husband gaping at the way she walks flirty
“Bye Mr. Jung” she leaned closely to him, making sure he’ll smell her perfume, she purred and heard him gulp
She pulled out satisfyingly, and then she looked at his secretary who’s throwing deathly glares on her.
She looked at her straight in the eye, just when she walked in front of her, she flipped her hair and sashayed her way to the elevator, but whispered something to that secretary of his
Don’t you dare
A simple reminder, but she damn well know that it gave that girl an effect she wants her to feel. She smirked, seeing her husband still gaping at her before the elevator door fully closes.
When she arrived at her office, her mobile beeped.

She burst out laughing that her stomach hurts. Trolling her husband is one of the best remedy to shoo away her bad mood

She secured her phone on her drawer after reading his last reply. She happily ordered lunch and she ate together with Juniel on her office.

3 days have passed and they’re miraculously coping up with the businessman/woman life. Not missing a chance to hang out during breaks, but making sure that they’re not too obvious.
Until this day came…
“Sajangnim! We made a welcome party for you and also for the new employees later after work, hope you can join us!” one of the staff told him when they met at the elevator early that morning
“Sure sure” the staff smiled to him and bowed before leaving the elevator

Heard there’s a welcome party for us
He texted, but 5 minutes have passed and yet she’s not yet replying
Yah! How can you ignore your husband?? *pout*
After 30 minutes of sulking, his phone beeped.
Miaaaaan! Just finished meeting with the staff. What are you doing honey?
You’re so busy, you’re neglecting me
Aww! My baby. We’ll see each other later right? They’ve mentioned about the welcoming party they prepared. So we’ll be together few hours from now. BUT we must be DISCREET

“Ready boss?” Minho peeked at the door
“Yah Oppa! I told you to just call me informally when it’s only us” she said, glaring at him
“Ahra Ahra. Seohyunnie are you ready?” he asked, chuckling

Minho and Seohyun became close. He’s like her long-time wish big brother. She’s been wishing to have a big brother, and she found it in Minho. He’s been caring, understanding, and very protective. Well In a friendly way that is. In a short time they became really close that some thought they’re a couple.

It was 7pm when Yonghwa arrived at the venue of their welcome party. The atmosphere was lively, some of them are loosening up and singing lively songs while dancing crazily, some are eating happily, and some are talking animatedly. When they saw him stepped on the room, everyone remained silent, contemplating of what to do.
His lips broke into a smile, hearing sigh of relief from the staffs.
“Let’s enjoy this night shall we?” he said, easing the tense atmosphere around the room.
He looked around to find his wife, but she’s not yet there. He drove to the venue thinking that she got in first but was surprised when she’s nowhere in sight.
It was still raining hard outside and he’s starting to worry. He contacted her phone but it’s turned off. Feeling anxious, he talked to one of the staff who is busy watching the ladies enjoying the KTV.
“Have you seen the marketing director already?” Yonghwa asked, then suddenly the male staff face lit up more.
“Oh yes sajangnim! She’s a beauty to behold! God she’s so Gorgeous, hot and oozing with se-“ His face darken, I know too well that she is the way you describe her you Idiot. I’m asking where she is right now! He bit his tongue to stopped himself on blurting it out loud
“jinjja? I must meet her then” he said, trolling the staff
“Ooh. Too bad she’s taken” Yonghwa’s face lit up on hearing it. I thought they don’t know
“Jinjja?? Do you know who’s the lucky guy?” he asked excitedly
“err. From what I heard it’s the new Marketing Manager” the male staff said, looking at him apologetically
“How did you get the conclusion that they’re dating?” he asked, but voice is becoming dangerously cold.
“Marketing Director and Marketing Manager are always together, by means of brainstorming, checking up the sites,market, etc. and they’re always together and seems to look close in just a short span, so that’s why some assumed that they’re dating already. They’re a perfect couple if ever that’s true! I mean, just imagine their babies when-“
“Enough” he said, voice steely, knuckles white from clenching his fist, he’s feeling angry right now and he doesn’t want to be a party pooper so he just let the male staff go and told him to enjoy the party.
Next he called one of the female staff in the marketing department, earning a blush from her.
“A-annyeong haseyo S-sajangnim” she bowed, looking at her hands.
“A staff told me that this welcome party is not only for me but for the new employees too. Then where are the others? Like the marketing director and manager?” he asked, calming himself on the process
“this late afternoon they visited the site where the new project will build, and then the Marketing manager informed us that they’ll be late due to the heavy rain, I think right now they’re on their way here” she said, batting her eyelashes on him
“thanks” he just nod at her
It was almost 8pm when a black SUV pulled out from the entrance, and then a tall man emerged from the driver seat and ran through the other side, umbrella on hand. He opened it and smiled warmly at the person on the passenger seat.
But then his amazement banished when he saw who emerges from the passenger seat. It was no other than his wife, who’s laughing with that guy, he then leaned closer to share her the umbrella and she bowed slightly to him as a sign of gratitude.
“aigoo what a perfect couple they are”
“omo! Are they really dating?! Waaah! Lucky Seohyun-ssi! But Minho-ssi is lucky too!”
He heard the female staff fangirling at the said “couple”
When Minho and Seohyun entered the room, warm greetings welcomed them, not missing the teasing and scrutinizing gaze they threw on them.
Then as her eyes scan the whole room, she saw him. She smiled widely to him but he just ignored her and drank straight the liquor on his glass, looking away.
He seems to be in a bad mood tonight. Aigoo my choding yong she giggled.
She sat in front of him, yet he’s not looking at her and not even daring to start the conversation.
“Annyeong Haseyo Sajangnim” Seohyun said and bowed
“Hi” he answered back coldly
“You must be in a bad mood today sajangnim” she dared, wanting to know the reason of his bad mood
“ Oh. Glad you noticed me” he said, voice filled with sarcasm
“Ms. Seo the food is ready! You can eat now!” the male staff said, trying to get her attention. But she just looked for a second and smile, then her gaze went back to the sulking man in front of her
“May I know what’s with the sudden change of your mood sajangnim?” she asked, knowing too well that he’ll get what she’s saying
“Seohyunnie. Let’s eat” she heard Minho said softly, tapping her hair lightly.
She saw Yonghwa’s expression, his face darkened more, and he hid his hand under the table, but she knew too well why
“Seohyunnie!” Minho stepped closer
“Glad to see a good relationship between a Marketing Director and Marketing manager” Yonghwa said, maintain the eye contact with Seohyun
“Oh. Annyeong haseyo sajangnim! I’m Choi Min Ho the marketing manager” looks like he just saw him when he spoke, too busy ogling at HIS wife. He shifted his gaze to Minho and stood up hastily, making the chair screech noisily on the wooden floor
Her eyes widen and looked at Yonghwa, eyes questioning him
“Nice to meet you Minho-ssi”
“Ne Sajangnim” they shake hands, and after that Minho faced her
“Seohyunnie! Aigoo! you must be tired, let’s eat and I’ll send you home ahrasseo?” Minho said, tapping her head playfully
“Aigoo! these two lovers so sweet!” a female staff said, teasing them.
She went frigid, not daring to look at Yonghwa anymore.
“Oh! This is tasty!” Yonghwa shouted exaggeratedly, she looked at him and saw him eating the meat in his plate with much (fake) enthusiasm
“jinjja sajangnim? I should try that too!” some staffs followed him and ate the meat, the teasing long forgotten
“Seohyunnie say aaaah~” Minho said, holding a lettuce wrapped, aiming to give it to her
She sensed something was up, Minho’s been behaving suspiciously since they arrived. He became extra sweet and was trying hard to get her attention all the time.
She side-eyed Yonghwa and saw him staring at them, no, glaring at them. Minho nudge her to open but she still remained frozen there
Minho’s about to reached for her face with his free hands when Yonghwa bolted up and walked hastily to their seat, he reached for Seohyun’s wrist and pulled her fast outside the room.
“ Now, dare to ask me again what’s with the sudden change of my mood SEOHYUNNIE”
