Prologue

She heard footsteps from behind. Yoona wanted to scream for help, but her voice didn’t made a sound. The footsteps got louder, and she heard the doors of the elevator close. Again Yoona tried to scream for help. It was dark in the apartment building, most people were asleep at this hour. The lights weren’t even strong enough to see the end of the hallway. How was she going to get herself out of this cramped situation?!

“Yoona come here! I want to talk to you!!” she heard a deep, loud voice screaming. The only thing Yoona wanted was to get away from this crazy maniac. Yoona started to run faster down the hallway. The footsteps also got faster. This made Yoona so terrified that her breathing startedto run wild. That guy was just crazy, a psycho, a total maniac. And he wouldn’t leave Yoona alone.

Finally she reached the staircase. Yoona could already see the lights from the lampposts outside, which made her confident again that she could make it until there.

“YOONA!” the voice sounded bossy. Yoona was so tired of running on her high-heels that she actually wanted to stop. But she couldn’t, she just couldn’t. And without any control of her body she ran down the staircase, and nearly fell. The crazy manic behind her yelled and cursed. He sounded pretty angry.

The door seemed so close, and when Yoona got the heck in her hand she felt a strong hand holding her upper arm. “You cannot escape anymore Im Yoona.”
