You sighed as you tried to keep your annoyance at the minimum level. Minhee was desperately clinging at Luhan and you just had to watch from afar knowing that Minhee threatened all of you.

The double date was to go as she had planned. You went with Sehun and she went with Luhan. Luhan, being one of the well-known heirs in the country was a big hurdle. You, known as Luhan’s wife was another trouble. What would the people think if they see the both of you with different partners?

You just kept silent and decided to go as she had planned. There was no way you were going to win her this time, so you just let it go.

You reached the bowling center and there were a lot of people, too. It was like there was no slot available, but Minhee had her ways and you found yourself sitting in the chair while waiting for her to finish keying names on the screen.

You had never played bowling your entire life and you were dead nervous as you tried to lift one of the balls that weighed 11kg. It was too heavy for you so you decided to lift the balls one by one and you found yourself comfortable in the 9kg weight.

You watched as Luhan grabbed a ball and lifted it in front of his face, then put it down and then tossed it at the alley. Seven pins down and you clapped for him.

It was Minhee’s turn and you watched her as she perfectly knocked all the pins down while your mouth was hang open in amusement. You were never going to beat her at this rate.

You looked pleadingly at Sehun and he seemed to receive the message. He chuckled at you and taught you which fingers to put in the holes and how to toss it. He even taught you a few techniques.

It was his turn and you clapped when he knocked all the pins too. It was the both of you against Luhan and Minhee. Then it was your turn. You stood up nervously and huffed air in your cheeks. You looked back at Sehun and he gave you a reassuring smile, then at Luhan who just smiled at you. You looked at Minhee who just gave you a ‘-what-you-lookin-at’ look and shrugged it off.

You lifted the ball, put it on your side, skipped and tossed it. You knocked four pins down which was not bad at all for a beginner. At least it didn’t go to the gutter. It was not good enough for you, but Sehun made you feel otherwise. It was as if you had won the Olympics and Luhan smiled proudly at you while Minhee just scoffed.

A few rounds later and you just got better. There were times where the ball went into the gutter and you knocked all the pins at once. The winner was obviously Luhan and Minhee who were really good at bowling and your team lost because of you. Sehun was definitely a pro and you pulled him down with you. Not that he minded though.
