Annoyed*
My Contract MarriageSince Luhan’s parents had been on overseas trip lately, you escaped the horror of sleeping on the same bed with him. There were no nights where Luhan didn’t try bringing you to his room. You didn’t know if he was just trying to get in your nerves or he actually wanted to do something funny to you. Whatever his reason was, you swore to yourself to do your best on not to sleep on the same bed and if possible, the same room as him. God only knows what weird things Luhan might do.
You woke up and looked around, not used to the new, elegant surrounding. The walls were painted white. The furniture were simple yet modern. The room was spacious, too. You suddenly thought of your sister Chae Rin. She would be extremely happy if she were to stay in a place that looked like a palace. Chae Rin had always dreamt of being a princess.
Opening your door, you were startled to see a maid bowing at you. “Good morning, agasshi,” she greeted you. “The breakfast is ready. Young master Luhan is already waiting for you downstairs.” You awkwardly bowed at her and sighed to the fact that Luhan’s annoying face would be one of the first things in the morning you would see again.
You rubbed your shoulder as you felt cold. You suddenly realized that you weren’t in your baggy pants and loose shirt anymore. Luhan had totally disposed all of your old clothes. You were wearing a satin sleepwear. You took a robe from the hanger and wrapped it around your body.
When you reached the dining area, you saw Luhan scrolling through his phone. When he noticed your presence, he smirked at you.
*Not again,* you thought.
“Had a good sleep, babe?” he asked. If it was possible to puke with an empty stomach, you would already have. You didn’t reply him and started eating as he, too, started eating. “Mom and dad will be coming home tonight. You have no choice but to sleep with me,” he whispered the last three words lowly, and you knew the meaning behind it. As much as you wanted to throw the kimchi on his face, you didn’t want to waste food.
“Don’t spoil my morning, you rotten brat,” you snarled at him.
Luhan smiled teasingly, enjoying the moment. “Aww, don’t be too grumpy. I shouldn’t have went too rough on you last night.”
The maids suddenly looked away in unison. You noticed how they looked away, wishing they could leave you two alone, but they couldn’t unless they were told to. You looked at Luhan and glared at him. “We didn’t do anything last night, you prick.” Luhan just shrugged his shoulders and continued eating like usual.
After eating, you angrily stomped into the bathroom and washed up, hoping you could wash off your annoyance, too.
When you had already finished taking a bath and preparing for school, you went down to the living room where you were greeted by a maid. You looked around, seeing no signs of Luhan. “Where is that jerk – I mean, Luhan?”
“Young master is still taking a bath, agasshi.”
You looked at the clock and noticed that you took 30 minutes in total to prepare for school. “What is he doing in the toilet? Partying? Sleeping? Even I, a girl, don’t even take
