Annyeong~! can you still remember this story? i know i haven't updated this story for months because i'm currently updating my other fics. But since i took a break from updating them, i thought of updating this story. I am sorry if this update is kinda short ^^ i promise to do better next time.

Yoona waited for Yuri to come at the parking lot like she used to do every day. She’s waiting anxiously for a certain motorcycle to come but to her disappointment, she found none.

“Yo, Yoong.” She turned around and saw her best friend, Sooyoung with her girlfriend, Hyoyeon.

“Hey.” She greeted.

“You’re waiting for Kwon Yuri again?” Hyoyeon asked which the doe eyed girl nodded.

“How long you’ve been doing this again?” Sooyoung asked.

“Sooyoungie.” Yoona whined. She’s not in the mood to have this conversation again.

“What? I just don’t get it. You’ve been doing this for years now and we know that you’re glued at this spot, not approaching her.”

“Well, this time it’s different.”

“What? Tell me.”

“Well, i’m just worried.”

“About what?” Sooyoung and Hyoyeon chorused. That got their attention. Yoona hasn’t said anything after she went missing that night at the club.

“Her.”

“Did something happen that night? You followed her didn’t you?” Sooyoung accused her best friend.

As much as Yoona wanted to tell the truth, she couldn’t. She’s afraid that they judge Yuri more than she is. She felt the need to protect the girl.

“A-aniyo. I’m always worried about her. You know that.” Yoona lied.

Sooyoung and Hyoyeon looked Yoona, trying to see the lie but they just let it slip. Just then, the bell rang.

“C’mon, Yoong. Maybe Yuri will not go to school today.” Sooyoung said.

“B-but.” Yoona tried to reason.

“It’s not the first time she done this, maybe you’ll see her on recess.”Hyoyeon pulled the young girl to their class.

“Unnie!” Yoona tried to fight off.

KKKRRRRRIINNNNNGG!!!

“C’mon! Don’t be a brat, Yoong! Let’s go!” the couple pulled the stubborn doe-eyed girl and they attend to class.

While they were in their third period, Yoona kept on glancing at the wall clock, Its 20 more minutes before recess.

As Yoona tapped her pen while staring at the clock, she felt a paper thrown into her. She looked and saw her bestfriend, snickering at her. Yoona gave her pointed look but the shikshin didn’t care and point at the crumpled paper on her best friend’s table. Yoona looked at it and unfolded it.  She read:

YAH! STOP DAY DREAMING ABOUT KWON YURI...SHE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT YOU. KEKEKEKEKE

Yoona threw the crumpled paper back at he bestfriend and before she could yell at her, the bell rings.

“Woohooo! Finally! Favourite subject of the day!” Sooyoung yelled. “C’mon, Yoong, you’re going to treat me.”

“Wae?! “

“Just feed your best friend! You’re spending too much time thinking about the girl that already has a girlfriend."

“That doesn’t even make any sense!”

“I know. Let’s go, Hyobaby might be looking for me.”

School cafeteria

Yoona and Sooyoung made their way to the crowded cafeteria. Good thing Yoona is very popular so she got perks. She has her own place in the cafeteria for her friends so she’s not worried for seats unlike most of the students.

“Yah! Yoona-yah! Sooyoung-ah!” Hyoyeon yelled at the two. The best friends skipped and greeted at the group at the table.

“Hi! Sunny unnie, Taeyeon unnie, Seo, Hyo unnie!” Yoona greeted.

“Yoong! Annyeong!” they replied.

“Yoong! C’mon! Buy me food!” Sooyoung whined.

“Soobaby, why are you harassing Yoona again?” Hyoyeon sighed at her shikshin girlfriend.

“She promised me food!” Sooyoung complained.

“Wae?! You insist that!” Yoona retorted.

“Insist or not, buy me food! Come on! Ppali! PPali!” Sooyoung pulled her best friend to the food counter.

The two went in line to choose the food they will buy. Sooyoung well, being Sooyoung, drooled upon seeing the food that is laid in front of her. Yoona just rolled her eyes at her shikshin best friend.

While Yoona is waiting for their turn, she roamed her eyes all over the cafeteria to see if a certain girl would come in. When Yoona didn’t see anything, she just sighed.

But when she was about to turn away, she heard the students behind her, whispering,

“Woah, look at Yuri! What happened to her face?” the girl said.

“Yeah, she got wounds. Maybe she got into a fight?” the other girl said.

“But i gotta say, she still looks hot.”

“Yeah, i am totally gay for her.”

Yoona turned towards the direction where Yuri was and she was surprised to see a badly-bruised Yuri. Yoona perfectly knew where Yuri got those wounds. Yuri went to fight.

She couldn’t help but be concerned.

Among the crowd of students in the cafeteria, Yuri caught the eyes of the doe-eyed angel. She doesn’t want Yoona to see her in this state so, she decided to walk away.

Yoona panicked when she saw Yuri leaving the cafeteria. She’s been waiting for Yuri all day and she’s not going to let the chance waste.

“Uh, Sooyoungie, can i go to the restroom for a while? I’ll be back.” Yoona asked as she ran to follow where Yuri went before Sooyoung could reply. She ran to her locker to grab her first aid kit because as a cheerleader, injuries are inevitable. She thank the maknae for reminding her that.

Yoona followed where Yuri went and good thing Yuri’s leather jacket gave her away. The doe eyed girl was puzzled when Yuri went to the roof top but she quietly followed. She was really worried about Yuri and the situation that she’s into right now. She knew that Yuri went to that underground fight and she want Yuri to stop doing it.

Even if she has no right to do so.

“Yah~! Yuri-yah!” Yoona yelled at the girl whose been sitting with her back leaning on the wall. Yuri opened her eyes and saw the doe-eyed girl walking towards her.

“You went to that dangerous place?! You went to that fight?!” Yoona yelled. She doesn’t care, she’s too worried about Yuri.

The tanned girl scoffed, “The hell you care? We’re not even close, Im Yoona-sshi.”

Yoona suddenly came back to her senses when she heard Yuri called her with respect.

“I-uhh...i’m sorry for acting that way. It’s just that i’m w-worried a-about y-you.”       

Yuri scoffed as she closed her eyes. Yoona noticed the wounds on Yuri’s face and it seems like it’s hasn’t been attended. She placed her first aid kid on the floor beside Yuri and took out what she needed to clean the wounds.

Yuri felt something and when she opened her eyes, she was surprised to see Yoona, inches from her.

“Woah! What are you d-doing?” Yuri stammered as she pulled away from the girl.

Yoona was taken aback when she realized what she’s doing and from Yuri’s action.

“M-mianhe, it’s just that i..i want to treat y-your wounds and it-it’s just m-my gratitude from saving me t-the other n-night.” The doe-eyed girl mumbled.

Yuri looked at her for a while and leaned her head on the wall again as she closed her eyes.

“Fine.” She mumbled and the doe eyed girl gasped. “Hurry up before i change my mind.”

Yoona scrambled as she try to fix Yuri’s wounds.

‘Ottoke! She let me treat her wounds! I’m this close to Yuri!’ Yoona spazzed.

She grabbed cotton and dabbed it on the tanned girl’s wounds. Yoona pulled away whenever Yuri flinched but the doe eyed girl couldn’t help but stop and stare at the girl before she could continue again.

‘Wow, i’m so lucky that i could see her face this close. If she’s beautiful from afar, then, she’s like a Goddess like this.’

Yoona’s doe eyes roamed around Yuri’s sleeping face. From her eyes, nose and stopped to her lips.

‘What is it like to kiss those beautiful lips? How many girls or guys wanted to kiss those?’

Then, Yoona couldn’t help but sighed as she remembered Yuri’s girlfriend.

‘Yuri’s girlfriend is so lucky because she could see Yuri this close and she could kiss those lips.’

Yoona sighed loudly and frowned. She didn’t even notice that Yuri was staring at her.

“You know you have a mole right here.” Yuri said as she pointed to Yoona’s cheek.

Yoona shrieked and pulled away seeing Yuri, inches from her face. She could even feel her breath.

“Woah! You scared me there.” Yoona said as she sat up properly as she steadied her heart.

“What? I didn’t do anything? I just notice your microscopic mole.” Yuri teased.

Yoona stared at Yuri who seemed in a playful mood. Then, she remembered their position earlier and she couldn’t help but blush.

The two fell in an awkward silence.

Yuri cleared and said, “well, are you done? I’ll be going.”

Yoona came into her senses and said, “Oh, i...i’m almost done. Let me finish it up.”

Yuri nodded. “Okay. Just do your task and stop staring at me for too long.”

Yoona’s eyes widen when she heard what Yuri said. She was caught staring at the girl.

“Oh...o-okay.”

Yoona resumed to her task. This time is even harder because Yuri is awake, and she couldn’t help but be conscious because the tanned girl is staring at her.

She could feel her face heating up due to her blush as Yuri watch her every move.

“Uh....c-can you p-please s-stop staring at me? I-it’s a bit..i’m a b-bit conscious.” Yoona stammered.

Yuri chuckled and said, “What? You’re not used to this? But people stare at you all the time.”

Yoona was surprised to Yuri’s playfulness and to her statement. She didn’t know if she’s going to be happy or offended about it.

“But they’re not this close!” Yoona retorted.

“Oh, really?” Yuri teased. “You’re Im Yoona. I bet you had alot of boyfriends. You know you’re famous and all.”

Yoona was offended this time. This is what she hated the most especially when she’s coined as “famous” and “the headcheerleader”. They always think that Yoona has different boyfriends just because she has a beautiful face and she’s popular.

Little did they know that the one Yoona wants is the girl in front of her.

“Stop watching chick flicks, Yuri. Your stereotyping is similar as theirs.” Yoona said as she put back the things that she used for Yuri’s wounds.

Yuri noticed the change in Yoona’s demeanour. She knew that the beautiful girl was hurt from what she said.

“I...I’m sorry.” Yuri mumbled.

Yoona looked at  her with sadness in her eyes and Yuri couldn’t help but feel sad, too.

“it’s okay.” Yoona stood up and walk away.

“Yoona, wait!” Yuri ran and followed the girl. She felt guilty for hurting Yoona after helping her with her wounds.

She followed Yoona until they reach the open grounds.

“Yoona, stop.” Yuri held Yoona’s wrist to stop the girl from going anywhere. Yoona turned back and stared at their joined hands which made Yuri let go of her wrist.

“I’m sorry.” Yuri mumbled.

Yoona saw the sincerity in Yuri’s eyes. She couldn’t help but wonder that maybe this could be the start of their new friendship.

Maybe she could be friends with Yuri now.

“It’s okay. People always say that to me all the time.” She lied. In fact, she knew what people think about her. She just shrugs it off because she knows it’s not true. It just hurt because she heard it first hand and especially it came from the girl that she really like.

“Yoona! Where have you been? Too bad you didn’t see how Taeyeon lost at the bet who could put marshmallow in their mouth. Of course, no one could beat me, so i won and...” Sooyoung mumbled but she stopped when her girlfriend elbowed her.

“Ouch, Hyobabe. You know i love you but i’m starting to be a battered girlfriend.” Sooyoung continued.

“Shut up. Yuri’s here.” Hyoyeon eyed her girlfriend.

“Oh what do you--- Oh, hi!” Sooyoung said as she saw Kwon Yuri in front of her. “Choi Sooyoung, shikshin, Hyobabe’s amazing girlfriend and Im Yoona’s bestfriend since diaper days.”

Yoona noticed the change in Yuri’s face. She’s back to being cold and indifferent again.

Yuri just nodded at the girl.

“This is Hyoyeon, my baby. Taeyeon, her girl, Sunny and our maknae, Seohyun. We’re Yoona’s bestfriends.” Sooyoung continue to babbled on as if Yuri is as friendly as them. Yuri just nodded.

“So you wanna hang out with us?’ Yoona said hopefully.

Sooyoung and the other girls were surprised when Yuri laughed and started to walk away.

“When can we see you again and hang out?” Yoona asked again.

Yuri stopped but kept her back towards the girls. “We’re not friends, Im Yoona-sshi.”

“B-but...” Yoona stuttered. Completely surprised at Yuri’s confusing behaviour.

“I don’t want to be friends with you, Im Yoona-sshi.” Yuri said and continued to walk away.

Yoona was left there, completely dumfounded from what Yuri said to her.

Sooyoung let out a low whistle and put an arm around her best friend.

“That hurts, you know.” Sooyoung said as they watched Yuri walking to the parking lot, towards her motorcycle.

‘Why are you doing this to me, Kwon Yuri?’ Yoona thought as she let tears fall down from her eyes.
