Chapter 7

 

“Rring~Ring~”

The doorbell rings.

On the couch,

“Idiot, Hyung is back, you go open the door!”

Taemin poke L who is on the other side playing computer games with his leg.

L turns to Taemin with a deadly stare which frighten Taemin to withdraw his leg back.

“Fine, I go!”

Taemin pouted and walks towards the door.

When he opens the door and stun when he saw what’s outside.

  “Why are you carrying that ert’s luggage?!”

Yonghwa smile at Taemin mischievously, took off his shoe and step into the room.

Before Taemin can recover from the shock, he sees a ‘boy’ behind Yonghwa and follows him into the room.

“You!”

Taemin’s face becomes stiff, pointing at Hayeon speechlessly.

 *“Hi!”

Hayeon smile sweetly and wave friendly towards Taemin, as if nothing has happen before.

She follow Yonghwa and arrive at a room at the second floor, Yonghwa place the luggage in front of the room door.

Taemin is still in shock, staying silence.

“This is your room, if you needs anything, just tell me straight.”

Yonghwa is seriously such a kind and considerate person.

Hayeon nods her head vigorously.

Downstair, Taemin finally recovers, he shouted,   

“Hyung! Why did you take the ert here?!”

“Oh, let me introduce them.”

Yonghwa ignores Taemin question, he hold onto Hayeon’s wrist and guide her down.

L glimpse at them and continues to concentrate on his laptop,

Yonghwa guide Hayeon to the front and introduce,

“He’s Lee Tae Min, and he’s L, real name is Kim Myung Soo, but don’t call him that without his permission. We are friends since young, Myungsoo is my cousin, I’m 19 and he’s 18 this year. Taemin is younger by Myungsoo for a few months so he’s the maknae. We debuted 3 years ago.”

Hayeon look at them inconceivably.

So they debuted when they’re so young!

Although Hayeon have no idea who they are, but from what she had saw in the airport, they are definitely VERY popular.

“My name is Hayeon and I’m 16 years old, hope we can go along well in the future!”

She bow, but Taemin and L are expressionless.

Taemin cross his arms, looking disdain and sits onto the couch.

Just then, L who is playing the computer games excitedly, suddenly glance at Taemin and ask calmly,

“Ya,  Does this game which your dad design has any cheat code?”

 Obviously he ignores someone….

“No way!”

Taemin replied coldly.

“Then next time, I will ask some hackers to hack this game for me.”

“Ya, if you do this, how will my father’s company to earn money!”

Taemin said angrily.

“Oh, Like I care.”

Hayeon look at L who is concentrating on the game, out of curiosity, she head towards and take a look at the laptop screen.

So the it’s some competition games, fighting people online, no wonder he is so concentrated on it.

“Is it your first time playing?”

Hayeon ask L.

“Yes.”

L doesn’t seem to care who’s the one asking, he keeps his vision lock on the laptop screen.

Hayeon stand aside and watch him play.

“40%Dodging will lead to 40% physical damage, 30% Dodging + 10%Parry will lead to 37% damage according to the calculation of both attack. Also, there’s one part of the dodging and parry comes out at the same time. So 40% dodging is better.”

Hayeon suddenly said.

After hearing what Hayeon had said, L followed what she said, readjust the characters equipment list.

And it went out just like what Hayeon had said, even Taemin is impress by her.

Just when L is happily winning the game, he realize there’s a head is very close from him, he move away immediately.

“It was you who’s speaking just now?”

L ask calmly.

Hayeon nodded with a smile.

“You like to play this game too?”

Hayeon shakes her head.

“Then how do you know all that!”

“I calculate it according to your game characteristic!”

“You must be very good in science.”

Yonghwa praise.

“Almost all my classmates know how to calculate this too!”

She continues,

“In America, beside the basic courses, we also have classes for hobbies, we can choose base on our interest!”

 “Then you must like science and engineering.”

“Yeah!”

“I think you have potential, why not work at my dad’s company!”

Taemin quipts.

“She’s only 16 years old, it’s illegal!”

Yonghwa replies in humor.

L shut his laptop, looking at Taemin with contempt and mutter,

“What a .”

“What do you said?!”

Taemin hearings are sharp…

“Do you like it so much to be called dumb or stupid?!”

L provokes.

This is how they started again……

“Hayeon-ah! Let’s go up and tidy up your room!”

Yonghwa immediately push Hayeon upstairs.

Hayeon seems loss.

Why must they quarrel every time they talk…

“Why must they quarrel?”

Out of curiosity, Hayeon ask.

Yonghwa turns over and smile,

“Because of a girl.”

Hayeon still don’t understand…

“But there’s no need to quarrel!”

“It’s a love triangle.”

Hayeon’s head is full of question marks, looking at Yonghwa curiously.

It’s a new word for her…

“Then why must they quarrel?”

“Because Myungsoo always makes the girl sad, Taemin feels aggrieve for the girl, and went to speak with Myungsoo, but always ended with a fight, day by day its becomes their habit.”

Hayeon finally understands.

How can quarrelling be a habit… =.=

Before dinner, Yonghwa calls Hayeon to the living room.

On the couch.

Taemin sits with one leg crossed while L is sitting down hugging a pillow.

Yonghwa leads Hayeon to sit opposite them, seems like they have something to say.

“Erhum!” Taemin cleared his throat, glanced at Hayeon and said,

“We have heard everything from hyung just now. Since hyung wants to help you, me and that idiot have nothing to say. But! me and that idiot are not use for having some extra people in this house, so which means please don’t appear too much in front of us. Also, please find your parents as fast as possible, we’re not as kind as hyung you know!”

“I want to add on something, Not only you, a person also better don’t appear too much in front of me too!”

L squint his eye and said coldly.

They are finding things to quarrel again!

“Don’t worry! I will not disrupt your personal life!”

Hayeon said passionately.

“Ya, you said you come from America!”

Taemin suddenly look at Hayeon with interest.

“Do you know how to make western cuisine?”

She nodded obediently…

“Great, you will make all our dinner from now onwards! And also household, you will have to do it!”

Taemin grin,

“Since you’re staying here for free, you also have to contribute somethings.”

“Yes!”

Continuing nodding…

“From now onwards, you will buy all the ingredients too, we will give the money to buy it.”

Hayeon let out a soft smile, receiving all the ‘orders’, she stands up and starts doing work.

Yonghwa, same as always, went to help her.
