It was not an unknown fact that Jiyong is in love with Dara. In fact their friends, Seunghyun, Taeyang, Bom and CL already know it. One thing though, Jiyong himself doesn’t know his true feelings for the girl or rather he just doesn’t want to admit it. Fortunately for him, Dara also has a crush on him, although she doesn’t tell it to anybody.

It all started when 2ne1 was just a new group. Jiyong, being one of the main producers for the group, supervised them during their trainings. And that’s when he saw her. He noticed that even for someone as fragile as her, she was able to keep up with the other members. Sure she is not as good as CL in rapping, Minzy in dancing and Bom in singing, but she was able to prove to anyone that she belonged there. She is also one of the prettiest faces he had seen.

Big bang and the other YG babies easily got along with the girls, which is good for Jiyong since he can get close to Dara too without anyone suspecting anything. But by how protective and caring he acted especially for her gave the people around him the hint about his feelings for her. ‘You only want to protect her because she is like your sister. Yeah that’s it’ Jiyong tried to convince his self.
