Bad Luck, Good Luck
Description
Kai knew nothing about his father. He had just thought he had left for good reasons and maybe come back some day. But that was until he was kidnapped by a yakuza because of his father - but was it really bad luck, or perhaps the fate? After all, he did fall in love with one of the kidnappers.
Foreword
Kai never thought this would happen to him. He never imagined to be kidnapped by a japanese mafia and yet fall in love with the most stubborn, cruelest, unbearable man. A man who hated him with all his heart and soul.
He didn't complain, though.
.
Darkness. It embraced him, surrounded him. He couldn't see a thing, yet hear or smell anything. He couldn't feel his body, he couldn't move. It was cold. Cold like he had just sunk into cold water.
A voice, far distance away, was calling him. A low, smooth voice. He knew who this voice belonged to, even though it was so long ago since he last heard it. Blonde, spiky hair. A white band across the nose. muscular, strong arms and warm body. Sharp eyes with dangerous look.
Akira-niichan.
Reita.
Later on Rei-chan.
Of course Kai couldn't know the last two names, he couldn't see the future, couldn't he. He tried answering the calls, but didn't know how to. It almost seemed like he had lost the ability to talk. He heard some other voices. One he had heard just a while ago, one almost as deep as Reita's, and one dangerously toned and one he couldn't really hear.
Mumbling. Whispering. Sometimes words that could be heard.
Kai's head started hurting. The pain was unbearable, like someone had hit him with a crowbar a hundred times or so. He still couldn't see, but he felt cold fingers trail on his cheek. He moaned from pain and the fingers withdrew immediately. Soon all voices disappeared and he was left alone. Before that he could feel something being put on top of his body. A blanket, maybe?
Then everything went back to what it used to be, darkness and silence. Only the pain remained.
.
His eyes fluttered slowly open as he regained his conciousness. First it was blurry, but soon he could see better. A room with only few furniture, two doors and no other people except for Kai. He recognized nothing. Not the white walls and floor, not the bed with unfamiliar sheets, not the night stand with a lamp he had never seen before. Everything was strange.
One question, among many others, bothered his aching head.
Where was he?
And more importantly, how had he gotten here?
This story was originally posted on FanFiction.Net, but I'm now writing it here. Basically, there will be about three or four arcs, maybe more. The first and last ones will be the longest. And... Just warning you, there will be guyxguy in later chapters.
