I walk into the apartment and throw the keys on top of the sofa. After the whole day of working, I was finally able to let myself relax. I slump down to the sofa beside me and let out a sigh.

“Jongin-ah.” I call out waiting for his reply. Hmm, I thought I saw his pair of shoes at the doorstep.

“Jongin-ah, are you home?” You waited for his reply but it never came.

Frustrated, I take out my phone and dialled his number.

The number you have dialled is not available, please try again.

Weird. Did he change his number without telling me?

Ding dong

“Who is it?” I make my way to the doorstep and open the door.

“Baekhyun hyung? What brings you here?” He frowns at me.

“Come in!” I waited for him to reply but he didn’t.

“Oh hyung, did Jongin changed his phone number? I can't reach him.” I look at him.

“Kyungsoo-ah.” I look at his worried face. Somehow it made me frown.

“What’s wrong Baek hyung?” He holds my hand and lightly squeeze it.

“Kyungsoo-ah, Jongin left a year ago. Don’t you remember? Today is his 1^st death anniversary.”

As soon as I heard that, tears immediately fall down to my cheeks.

How can I forget? How can I ever forget that he had left me a long time ago.
