"Psst! Hara!"

I ignore her.

"Hara!"

"..."

"Haraaa!"

She's poking my arm now, with a (frustrating) amount of persistance too.

"Hara! Do you hear—"

"Yes! I do!" I snap, and immediately turn my head when the teacher looks at Jiyoung.

Moments later, she's at it again.

"Hara! Haraaaaa! Do you hear me?"

For Pete's sake.

She's poking me.

Again.

"What!" I snap, and impatience is boiling inside of me as I glare at her face.

She smirks.

I want to punch her.

"Did you hear about the incident yesterday?" I roll my eyes at the tone she's talking in.

"With Lim Ji Min and your ultimate—"

"SHUT UP!"

I suddenly hear rustling and notice twenty-five—no, twenty-seven pairs of eyes on me, including the teacher's.

Heat rushes to my cheeks.

"Hara, please stop by my office after class."

I nod, my eyes on my desk, feeling humiliated.

I want to punch her.

That Jiyoung.

Hmph.

After class is over, I immediately rush over to the teacher's office, but not without "accidentally" bumping into Jiyoung.

Her books fall, and her pencil case makes a clattering sound on the floor.

Serves her right.

"It's strange Hara, you usually don't act like this in class. I'm a bit disappointed." I roll my eyes as the teacher starts his lecture, but pretend to be attentively listening.

"So for now, I'll assign you detention after school. Today, of course."

I blink.

Detention?

Today?

Just for this?

He notices my surprised expression, and smiles a little.

"I believe in harsh punishments for everyone, even for model students." And with that, he stands up from his chair, hands me a yellow detention slip with my name and his signature, messily scrawled over it, and leaves the room.

I sigh.

No watching soccer practice for me today.
