Weighted.
Description
In high school, Jinki is just the smart chubby kid. The one no one really pays any mind to, unless they need to copy homework.
And of course Jinki lets them, he would get bullied otherwise.
They pick on him because of his weight. His grades. The fact that he didn't have friends.
So when a new, but quickly popular student meets Jinki on the bus to school, he almost immediately tries to befriend him.
What will become of the two unlikely pair?
Foreword
Jinki feels his eyes flutter, the sunlight that filters in through his window waking him.
"Mmph." He half-mumbles as his body sits upright on his bed, one of his hands rubbing at an eye.
He attempts in vain to look at his wall clock before snatching his thickly-framed glasses off of his bedside table.
"6:40... I still have a while."
Jinki shifts and he feels the plush carpet meet with his bare feet, his arms stretching above him.
He feels his sleep shirt raise a bit, exposing his stomach and his eyes catch on his body in the wall mirror.
Jinki immediately scowls at his reflection and tugs the shirt over his pudgy stomach.
'Another day to get through.' Jinki thinks to himself, making his way to the bathroom in the hall.
He goes through the usual routine: washing his face, brushing his teeth, combing his longish dark brown locks to get rid of the tangles. Jinki then goes to the most hated part of his usual morning ritual as he walks up onto the bathroom scale.
Jinki's body visibly droops as he reads the number: 176.
Jinki sighs and mentally punches himself in the face for being like this.
'This is another reason why the other students bully you. Fatass.' He reprimanded himself as he glared at his figure in the mirror.
Jinki opens the bathroom door, sparing himself another angry glance before leaving the bathroom to face the world for another day.
