Soori's POV

 

I sat down on the swing sets and sighed.

 

I can't believe I ran away.

 

I sighed, and started pushing myself back and forth.

Suddenly, L.Joe appeared in front of me and grabbed the chains, forcing me to stop.

I looked at him, confused.

Before I could speak, he pushed his lips onto mine.

I felt electricity running through me. My heart started beating faster, and I felt warmth rush to my cheeks.

It wasn't long until I responded to the kiss.

Everything... Just felt right.

When he pulled away, I pouted.

He chuckled and pinched my cheeks.

"Does this mean you choose me?" He asked.

I bit my lip, and shrugged.

"Why would I go out with such a lazy person?" I teased. He pouted.

"What do I have to do to win your heart?" 

"Surprise me."

He smiled big and grabbed my hand.

"Yah, where are we going?!" I asked.

"You told me to surprise you. I'm doing exactly what you asked me to." I sighed and walked silently with him.

We walked into the forest, by the park.

The deeper the two of us went, the more I shook with fear.

"Don't be scared." L.Joe whispered.

"I-I'm not scared!" I said, trying to act brave.

"Okay, then you can walk yourself." He let go of my hand, and walked faster.

It wasn't long until he wasn't in my view anymore, and just blended in with the dark.

Everything was just dark.

The trees now looked like twisted creatures.

Creepy sounds were now made within the forest.

"L-L.Joe?" No response.

I started shaking with fear.

I was suddenly hugged from behind, which caused me to scream.

L.Joe covered my mouth.

"Jesus woman, I was just playing around. Why would I ever leave you?" Tears spilled from my eyes.

When he saw my tears, he hugged me tighter.

"I'm sorry for scaring you." He kissed my tears away.

I finally relaxed.

"Nothing will hurt you when I'm around. There's nothing to be scared of."

When he sensed that I finally calmed down, he said;

"Come on. We're almost there." He held my hand tight and we walked deeper into the forest.

"We're here." He said happily.

We were in the center of the forest. In the center was an open field with fresh green grass, and it was covered with white puff balls.

"You brought me here again..." I whispered.

"Why? You don't like it?" He asked. I shook my head.

"No, I love it. I was just saying that you brought me here again." He smiled.

"Remember when I said to come here in spring on a full moon?" He asked. I thought for a moment, and nodded.

"Yeah, you told me that there was a secret. What's the secret?" I asked.

He sat down, and patted the ground beside him, telling me to sit next to him.

I sat next to him, but leaned close to him.

"What's the secret?" I asked him again.

"Just keep watching the sky." He whispered, and looked up at the sky.

I followed his gaze, and stared at the pinkish, purple sky.

The sun slowly went down, and the moon came up.

The full moon.

The full moon shined brightly along with the stars.

When I looked at the puff balls, and they glowed up also, brightening up the the field.

"It's... Beautiful." I whispered.

"Like you." I looked at him and blushed.

He looked at me and smiled.

"Just looking at the stars reminds me of you. They're bright, beautiful and shining." His face moved closer to mine.

"I love you." He captured my lips, once again. He pulled away and looked at me deeply in the eyes.

"Does this mean you choose me now?" He asked.

I smiled at him.

Before I could open my mouth to speak, my head started pounding.

I looked at L.Joe, and he looked like he was in pain too.

He fell on the floor, knocked out.

Someone stood in front of the two of us.

It was dark, so I couldn't see his face, but my eyes widen when I saw that he wasn't standing on the floor.

He had wings.

He landed on the floor, and moved his face close to mine.

"Sleep..." He whispered.

My eyes started to droop, until I fell asleep...
