Jaehyun was in the middle of practicing for their upcoming competition when Key stormed in

“WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!” Key went berserk. He began questioning her nonstop. His loud voice was starting to distract the other students.

“Key, pipe down!” Jaehyun was trying her best to coax her paranoid friend

“Yah! I’ve been sending you text messages since last night and you weren’t replying”

 Upon hearing text, Jaehyun realized that her phone went missing since last night

“Oh yeah, I can’t find my phone since yesterday” she let out a nervous laugh while Key decided to smack himself on the head because of his friend’s stupidity

As the two friends were talking, Kikwang came in with Hyuna tagging along.

“Oppa, thank you for bringing me home last night” she then batted her eyelashes which made Key want to puke

“Anything for you” he then gave her a peck on the lips, much to Jaehyun’s dismay

The couple passed  by Jaehyun, completely ignoring her.

“Heed my advice. Dump Kikwang and find someone else” Key said in a serious tone as he glared at the couple

“You know I can’t do that easily, right? I know I still have my best friend somewhere in that annoying person” Jaehyun let out a sigh as she longingly stared at the couple

While Kikwang and Hyuna where exchanging sweet nothings to one another, Kikwang felt his pocket vibrate. “Oh yeah” he uttered as he took out the vibrating phone

“Oppa, where are you going?” asked Hyuna who was shocked when Kikwang left her

“I’ll be back, just wait” he gave her a wink before walking towards Jaehyun

“Yah, I think this is yours” he held the hand phone in front of Jaehyun who was busy talking to Key

“WHAT THE--?! YAH LEE KIKWANG, WHY DO YOU HAVE THIS?!” she instantly snatched it away from his grasp and held it close to her.

“Tch, this is your punishment from yesterday, remember?” he said before walking off.

“Wahhh, Hoya left 20 messages and 10 missed calls!” exclaimed Jaehyun who was shocked to see all those messages and calls from the boy

Upon hearing that name Kikwang stopped in his tracks.

Key, being the observant fellow that he is, noticed that someone was eavesdropping.

“Aigoo, I almost forgot, Hoya texted me earlier… since you weren’t replying or answering back to his messages, he asked me to tell you if you don’t have anything to do tonight?” Key was smirking when he saw how Kikwang’s expression changed, from cocky to a sour one.

“Really?? He said that?” Jaehyun was beyond happy. She suddenly forgot her anger towards Kikwang as she stared dreamily at her phone

“So what will it be?” asked Key in a loud voice, still keeping the smirk intact

“I’ll tell him…” “You can’t!” Kikwang replied rather loudly

“WHY?!” asked a baffled Jaehyun as she looked at him with an annoyed expression

“Have you forgotten about our practice later” he tried to sound demanding but, despite trying to sound angry Key was able to see through his real intention

“Yah! There’s no practice later! Stop making things up!!” Jaehyun replied angrily as she stomped her way towards Kikwang

“Well now we have. I was about to announce it later but, thanks to you I don’t have to do that anymore!” he replied with a hint of venom in his voice

“Aww, that’s too bad! Hoya was eager to meet Jaehyun too… Oh well, I guess I’ll tell him..” “Don’t say anything!” pleaded Jaehyun as she held Key by the arm

“I’ll be the one to text him” she said with a frown

“Maybe next time Jae.I better get going, I still have practice, See ya!” before Key could leave he instantly hugged Jaehyun which made Kikwang tense up

“Go for it!” whispered Key before leaving the dance studio

Jaehyun began wondering why would Key say Go for it all of a sudden. Setting that aside, she remembered that she has to reply to Hoya’s message.

“I hope your happy, jerk!” Jaehyun stuck out her tongue before going to another corner of the room

Kikwang was equally frustrated himself.

“Oppa, what happened? Are you alright? Did that freak gave you a hard time?” Hyuna tried soothing Kikwang’s anger by hugging him but, it’s not working

Kikwang’s gaze fell unto Jaehyun, who was happily typing away on the other side of the dance room

“Did you really find someone else, Jaehyun?” seeing her smile made his chest tighten for some reason.

“Baby, can we go out for awhile. I think I need some fresh air” he said towards Hyuna who happily agreed on accompanying him.

“That’s a wrap” Kikwang bellowed as they did their final pose.

One by one the students began to leave

“Oppa, I’ll wait for you outside, okay?” Hyuna gave Kikwang a peck on the cheek before leaving

Jaehyun was fixing her things when Kikwang walked towards her

“Look, if you’re going home already. Don’t wait up for me. Hyuna and I are going out tonight. You can go home by yourself, right?” he asked with a smirk

“Whatever. Just bring your own keys, shorty” she then zipped up her duffel bag before leaving the dance room

She tried her best not to cry, especially if those tears were caused by Kikwang.

From a distance, she saw Kikwang and his group of friends. He had his arm around Hyuna while happily chatting with his peers.

“Hey, why so sad pretty lady?” cooed a boy which shocked Jaehyun

“Yah! Are you hitting on me?” asked Jaehyun defensively which made the stranger chuckle

“So you really are fierce! I thought you were the shy type” he let out a giggle which confused Jaehyun

“Don’t come near me or else! I know taekwondo and I’m not afraid of kicking your !” she hollered before getting in position

“You’re really funny Jaehyun” the boy said her name.

“How do you know my name?” she asked nervously

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you like that. My name is Lee Hoya” the boy smiled which made Jaehyun realize her mistake

“What?! You? I mean? How?” Jaehyun began asking questions which made Hoya laugh

“You told me you had dance practice. So I decided to pick you up instead. I just finished mine a few minutes ago” he said with another smile which made Jaehyun blush

“I’m sorry… I thought you were a creeper or some weirdo” she said with a nervous laugh which made Hoya chuckle once more

“Don’t worry I get that a lot” he then extended his hand towards Jaehyun who gladly shook it

While Kikwang was talking to his friends, something caught his eye.

Jaehyun was talking to some stranger. He saw how this boy was smiling towards her. There was something brewing inside of him that made him want to go over there and punch the guy.

He silently observed the scene when Jaehyun suddenly laughed.

What’s more shocking was Jaehyun even shook his hand.

As Jaehyun was about to leave, he had the urge to march over there and stop Jaehyun from going with the guy.

“Oppa, let’s go” said Hyuna as she wrapped her arms around his neck

“Huh? Oh yeah, let’s go” but before going with his friends he took one last glance at Jaehyun

She seemed happy, which was rare every time he is around.

For some reason, he felt hurt seeing Jaehyun with somebody else.

“Did Jaehyun finally found a replacement for me?”

this is the longest chapter I've done :) *I feel like crying* HAHAHA

I'm sorry if I can't update right away... again, this chapter is not proof read as always
